I must admit that I cannot understand why someone could enjoy an anime like this one.
This anime doesn't work for any audience. For example, if you are a fan of the Sex Shift genre or a fan of CGDCT stories, I can assume that you are part of a female audience that will hate the dose of fan service of this anime.
On the other hand, if you enjoy the fan service, I assume you are a male audience that won't enjoy the homo reference of the Sex Shift genre and that you don't enjoy the CGDCT anime.
Additionally, this anime won't contribute to anything in your life. It is simply a boring story of people doing everyday things. I cannot understand why someone should dedicate his free time to watching a cartoon without exciting emotions. There are only fictional characters doing ordinary things in everyday life. What is the sense of that?
In a nutshell, Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister! Is a boring anime that won't give you any emotion. It is only a waste of time for a story that never decides who its audience is.

(Watched on Crunchyroll) What would be like if your mad scientist sister had slipped you a mickey.(i.e. Given you a drugged drink without your knowledge) which then turned you from a loafing deadbeat, 20-year-old man into a middle-school aged girl? The thing is, your sister has watched you become a friendless, lonely, purposeless gamer. So, she decided to shake things up, ethics be damned!
Thus the story begins with Mahiro waking up and discovering his new physical situation as a girl in early adolescence. Each episode deals with a new situation a young girl that age must deal with as well as how Mahiro with his social anxiety deals with it. Over the series with a lot of gentle pushing by his sister Mihari, Mahiro's life gets better. It's a very cute and funny series for middle school age and up. This 12 episode anime and is similar to the 8 volume manga, though the manga version contains additional characters and information and I believe is worth getting. The show ends very sweetly and will leave a smile on your face The animation is very good, the dialogue, episode plots and voice acting are delightful. I had read the manga series three times before watching the anime and wasn't sure if the anime would be as good. It was.

This anime is not for everyone, it has very controversial scenes but if we put that aside, the story, the jokes and the animation are very good.
The characters seem very nice and cute.
This is the story that I recommend you see as long as you keep in mind that what is presented here is fiction and another thing to recognize is that the story improves as the chapters progress.
The secondary characters are usually very funny.
The story situates us with a well-known story, which is about a nini who did not take advantage of his life or who did things wrong, but with the difference that when he changed to the body of a woman, he shows the things that they usually suffer from in their common life, which doesn't usually happen.

As this series starts Mahiro Oyama is a young man, a lazy otaku, who spends his time playing erotic games and lives with his school aged sister Mihari. She is a scientist whose latest experiment has had a strange effect of Mahiro... it has turned him into a young girl! Now he is about to discover what it is like to be a middle school girl. He is determined to change back but that won't be easy
I though this series was a lot of fun. The concept proves to be a lot of fun and features less fan service than one might fear. Each episode provides plenty of laughs. The characters are likeable; as well as Mahiro and his/her sister there are a variety of friends she makes after starting school. The animation and character designs are good; the fact that they are cute rather than sexy avoids things getting disturbing in certain scenes. Overall I found this to be a fun series; definitely worth watching.

This series was fantastic, in my opinion. Among the greatest gender benders available. The first season included very wonderful character development, a captivating tale, and stunning character and artwork! I didn't have to understand the deeper meaning in order to appreciate it, even if it addressed a wide range of anime. Honestly, I think it's made me laugh harder than those monotonous, repetitive romantic comedies. There are merely 12 episodes full of chuckles and sharable moments-no episodes about school festivals, outdoor camping or beach vacations, or deeper secrets or buried legends. 10 out of 10.
