Beyond rubbish. This film is also known as "Don't Speak" and I suggest you just "DON'T WATCH"!
I did scroll through the first 20 min as its the usual group of people on a small boat, drinking, dancing, gratuitous flesh shots and at least one fake sex scene. No one needs to see this bunch do that.
So I started when they end up on a pretty little beach village and one man has a hurty foot although you would think he was dying. Not sure why they didn't have some sort of first aid kit on the boat and headed for a bigger town but I guess that's too sensible. I do like how they leave him lying on an extremely pebbly beach which would be uncomfortable to just walk on let alone be lying on but this doesn't surprise me this film is just rubbish.
They start shouting quite aggressively for people to come help and if I lived there I'd not open my door to them either!
One women belittles, threatens and actually hits her boyfriend with any provocation and yes if the roles were reduced people would be baying for his blood.
As for this friend group WTF do they have in common apart from hating each other. Even their appearances from the anorexic whinge to the Essex boy there was nothing that you'd think brings this group together.
The first person they meet is a small grubby boy and as soon as he talks they have dubbed his voice not with a child voice but the voice of an adult demon and he's not an demon in a child's body its just the worst dubbing choice, the film is in English they must have used locals as well.
I stopped watching when they got to the house on the hill because I cannot even be bothered to watch them being killed so I'm not going to tick spoilers.

7 partying young people get stranded on a mysterious island seeking first aid. The less-than-helpful villagers only tell them, "Shhh!" The young people proceed to scream and holler.
Don't Speak has almost no redeeming qualities. This is not just direct-to-video, this is direct-to-Vimeo. However small the budget-- and it was small!-- DS wasted it. The acting is wooden and over-dramatic in turns. Even if that wasn't the case, the dialog is flat, awkward, not even functional. There's no building of suspense beyond the villagers' warnings, no foreshadowing, and even if there was, it wouldn't matter, because the characters are unlikable and nobody is going to care what trouble they get themselves into. The camera work is nothing special, on the amateur side, with way too many shots of small groups walking (yes, they split up, duh).
The one good thing about this film was a short, surreal dream sequence that lasted less than a minute, apparently painted-over film, which was aesthetically interesting. The rest? Toss it all out.

It has the feel of old inept t.v. Shows with uni-dimensional characters void of any realistic behavior. Like watching a bunch of young adults acting like high-school kids but without the actual acting. Very superficially cliched and stereotypical in all of its aspects. The script is to awful to afford the actors any chance to show they're potential but for the most of them, its still quite obvious that there isn't any to begin with. It might at best have comical value if watched for its ridicule in the right settings. The cinematography isn't that bad though.
Friends having a vacation get in need of some first aid as one of them gets cut bad. They go to the nearest village and suddenly find themselves fighting for their lives. They don't like noise in this place and you could end up with your mouth sewn up.
This was really bad. When they first meet a kid in the town they use a man's voice for a dub over and he sounds just like Klaus Kinski. As soon as the kid talks you start laughing. The next minute you meet this guy who looks like he needs to eat a couple of sandwiches. Once you get past this you get to enjoy even more crap like the ghost of the girl with her lips sewn shut which according to the back story she shouldn't have sewn lips but anyways. They didn't show how they shut the animals up.
At first you're intrigued as to what might be happening in this town but then after 30 minutes you just want it to end. The problem again was all the budget went to renting a boat and a mansion leaving maybe a little for pizza.
When they explain what happened and why it makes the film even worse so for sure don't speak about this film anymore.
