Over the years, there have been plenty of guest judges. But as of the past several seasons, there’s been a consistent roster of judges on hand to provide their feedback and critiques for all of the Drag Race contestants.

Fans of The Challenge felt an elimination matchup on All Stars Rivals had a lot of potential but failed to live up to any hype.

The fifth season of the Og spin-off features many individuals from more recent seasons combined with OGs from the past.

All the pairs involve two castmates with a rivalry or feud on the show, including Nany Gonzalez with Turabi “Turbo” Camkiran and Amber Borzotra with Faysal “Fessy” Shafaat.

Each of these teams featured a former champion on The Challenge, as Turbo claimed the individual win in a brutal War of the Worlds final and Amber won alongside Chris “Ct” Tamburello on Double Agents.

In the recent Rivals episode, Amber and Fessy got voted into elimination during the cast’s nominations meeting, and Amber called out her castmates.

Brad Fiorenza and his beard returned to The Challenge in the past several years, first competing on the All Stars spin-offs before appearing in several of MTV’s flagship seasons.

He arrived at Battle For a New Champion as one of the former winners that competed in one elimination as a mercenary. Viewers saw Kyland Young defeat him.

Brad competed on Season 40, aka Battle of the Eras, where he was part of the Era 1 team with other MTV OGs.

However, viewers saw the OGs quickly eliminated from the show, except for Rachel Robinson, who won along with Jordan Wiseley and Jenny West. Brad survived until Episode 6, when Cory Wharton eliminated him.

He didn’t return for All Stars Rivals, although some of his Season 40 castmates, including Leroy Garrett, Devin, Aneesa Ferreira, and Katie Cooley, participated.

It's been a thrilling season of The Challenge: All Stars so far, as the fifth season of the spinoff series moved from Paramount+ to MTV and pitted players from against the eras against their rivals. Six episodes into the season and nearing the halfway point of the game, eight of the 13 rivals pairings remain and four of those eight pairings are star holders.

Following the conclusion of All Stars 9, and amid Season 17 now airing, fans have already figured out that several queens have gone missing to film another All Stars spinoff.

Drag Race fans on Reddit have historically determined the casts of upcoming seasons due to certain queens disappearing from social media and postponing their in-person gigs, which is usually a sign that they’re filming.

According to Devin Walker, several castmates from The Challenge: All Stars Rivals didn’t deserve to be on the show.

A recent episode on MTV featured Devin and his Rivals teammate, Leroy Garrett, finding out that Leroy’s friend Dario Medrano suggested the daily challenge winners send them into elimination.

Many fans are taking notice of Frank Sweeney Fox’s return to The Challenge. He’s considered one of the early standouts on All Stars Rivals.

The Challenge winner and two-time finalist hadn’t appeared in a season since 2014’s Free Agents.

For the All Stars 5 season, he learned that he and former Real World: San Diego castmate Sam McGinn would be teammates, forcing them to work together.

While Frank realized Sam had limitations in specific physical tasks due to a lack of conditioning or training, he still found ways to control the game.

That included a big move to get castmates KellyAnne Judd and Sylvia Elsrode sent into elimination and ultimately sent home.

While both Beth Stolarczyk and Jonna Mannion have been a part of the franchise since its early days, their feud started brewing in The Challenge: All Stars Season 3. The reason behind that, of course, was the cheating rumors Stolarczyk hurled at her fellow contestant.

Stolarczyk alleged during an episode of the show that Mannion and another contestant Mj Garrett were involved in an affair. Incidentally, both Garrett and Mannion are married to different people. Other champions in the All Stars 5 cast include Ride or Dies star Devin Walker, who teams up with Leroy Garrett, and War of the Worlds winner Turabi “Turbo” Camkiran with Nany Gonzalez.

A new season of The Challenge: All Stars has arrived, but there are some huge changes in store. First of all, season 5 won't stream exclusively on Paramount+ as the spinoff has since its premiere in 2021. This time around, the All Stars edition of the franchise will air on MTV for the very first time, but that's not the only change fans can expect for the new season.

While each season of All Stars has simply brought together the best of the best from the earliest days of The Challenge's run, this season has a theme. Like three past seasons of the flagship, past competitors will be paired up with their rival. That person could be anyone from a former friend to a former flame to a sworn enemy. In a series first, the new season pairs up memorable power players and redemption seekers with their biggest rivals. The Challenge All Stars: Rivals premieres Wednesday, Jan. 29 on MTV.

The All Stars spinoff series originally premiered on Paramount+ on April 1, 2021. Nostalgic fans made this edition an instant hit, and after four seasons on the streamer, the fifth cycle will head back to the MTV mothership. Previous winners of All Stars were Yes Duffy (Season 1), Mj Garrett & Jonna Mannion (Season 2), Wes Bergmann & Jonna Mannion (Season 3), and Laurel Stucky (Season 4).

The Challenge stars Jenna Compono and Zach Nichols announced that their family will grow more in 2025.

The couple, who met through MTV’s reality TV series, revealed that a fourth baby will arrive later this year.

On Instagram this weekend, Jenna shared a photo with her three kids seated against a wall.

A balloon number appeared above each of their three children, seated in the order of age from oldest to youngest.

At the end of the line, a silver fourth balloon number had a “Coming Soon” sign and sonogram photos below it.

Fans of The Challenge voiced their frustration with the upcoming All Stars 5 season, which features a return for the Rivals theme.

Viewers previously saw several Rivals seasons of MTV’s The Challenge, with the first premiering in June 2011.

Johnny Devenanzio and Tyler Duckworth won for the men’s side, while Evelyn Smith and Paula Meronek won for the women.

Rivals II came to MTV just a few years later, with Chris “Ct” Tamburello and Wes Bergmann winning. On the women’s side, Paula Meronek won again, this time with Emily Schromm as her partner.

In 2016, viewers got a third Rivals season on MTV, which featured one of reality TV’s most infamous and memorable moments. Bananas left his partner without any prize money due to a twist after they finished in first place.

While many fans likely loved those particular editions of The Challenge, plenty disapprove of a significant change to All Stars.

After her sudden exit and hiatus from MTV’s The Challenge several seasons ago, Ashley “Millionaire” Mitchell will return to compete on All Stars Rivals.

The fifth installment of the spin-off series features cast members who team up with individuals from the show with whom they have a feud or rivalry.

She’ll be among the show’s former champions returning to try to win another edition of the popular competition series, but she likely has her work cut out for her.

The two-time Challenge winner last appeared on MTV’s Spies, Lies & Allies, which included castmates Amanda Garcia, Tori Deal, and Aneesa Ferreira.

Based on their history, she’ll team up with Aneesa for Rivals, which may have included some arguments during their previous seasons.

That means Ashley and Aneesa must put their differences aside to win the final and some significant cash.

Love Island: All Stars has come under fire for casting a married man. Marcel Somerville will be entering the villa alongside other former Love Island UK stars when the All Stars format returns in January 2025.

Fans were left shocked when they learned that 39-year-old Marcel is still legally married to his wife, Rebecca Vieira. The producers defended the casting, with the executive producer Mike Spencer insisting Marcel was a single man and that fans should "give the guy a break."

Chatting to The Sun, the producer clarified that "He had a wife! Marcel is single. He's ready to mingle." Weeks and weeks of competitions and eliminations and miles upon miles of swimming have all come down to the two-part season finale of The Challenge 40: Battle of the Eras.
