I don't know why this series received low ratings from the Turkish viewers and it was the low ratings that kept me away. However, I decided to give it a try. I was not impressed by the first episode as I found it a rather predictable revenge story. But I kept with it and have just finished episode 8. Well, it's pretty decent and what really kept me watching is Bensu Soral and her character Ceren. Bensu is very talented and beautiful and her character is strong and resilient and yet is not afraid to show her emotions. She holds on to her values despite much hardship. Her character pairs very well with Umut and both of them has good chemistry. If not for these 2 stars, I would have given up on this series earlier. I hope the story will develop better to keep my interest going. There seem to be 20 episodes and I'm near halfway. I doubt I will rate this series any higher than 7. The side characters and spin off stories from them don't seem interesting.

Finally, after all this time, I found a great series. The plot of this series is gorgeous. Trap is a very high quality project. Turkey is not yet ready for such a great series. The main characters aren't at all like the ones you usually see in Turkey. Umut is a character who loves, protects, cares for and respects the woman he loves. He is a real man. His intelligence is striking throughout the series. Jeren is a very strong female character. She is unlike the others with her intelligence and strength of spirit. She won't bow her head and cry in every corner saying how life isn't fair to them. The chemistry between the main characters is unreal. How sensually they play. Akin Akinozu performance is unequivocally one of the strongest actors. The series is beautiful.

Big applause to the director and the whole team who presented the story in a very different way.... For the first time I watched the Turkish drama without skipping any scene.... Love the bond between the siblings and Cinar Yilmaz team.... Akin akinozu played the lawyer role so amazing that I am In love with the Cinar Yilmaz character.... Very surprised to see him so confident in every situation... The lead couple also have an outstanding chemistry.... Akin looks so good with bensu.... And soundtrack is also good like other Turkish series...... Will look forward to watch more series like this...

I never expected Turks can deliver such a pure quality drama series in this way, Tuzak really delightful and full of unexpected things.

The plot twists are very excellent. The actors are amazing, the drama part are so heartbreaking meanwhile the romance part gives butterflies in stomach main-leads are so fit together

for those whose watching Turkish series or love telenovela I'm highly recommend it.

The family part is very heartwarming at the same time so sad can't wait to see what happens and how the lawyer will deliver justice and when I can't wait for another episode for me it's a 10/10 series.

The first episode is really good. Good directing, story with potential and great actors. It was very promising. I liked the Athens part and the story of the brothers.

The second episode is ok. Not so good but acceptable. By the third episode I don't even know what I am watching anymore. The actors are good especially Talat Bulut and the "healer". But this story makes no sense at all. The music is too "epic" and dramatic even for everyday scenes where they are preparing a smoothie. The dialogues are poor and boring. The writing and the dialogues are like written by a 10 year old.

I hope the next episodes get better like the first.

Amazing novel, really love it Akin Akinosu like always magistral.

Tuzac, it is an extraordinary production with first class actors. Akin Akinosu plays a masterful role along with the rest of her classmates. It is a fabulous drama, very well written, high quality production. It is set in the beautiful city of Istanbul, majestic landscapes, I was captivated from the first chapter. Waiting for them to bring it to the USA, currently I can see it through Internet portals on platforms like Instagram and others. I recommend it 100% Turkish novels are characterized by being magical, having a spectacular production, the costumes, the production, the landscapes really captivate any audience in the world regardless of the language or the continent.

I couldn't watch it till the end because of Ceren's acting, she was always posing like a Barbie girl, full make up when she woke up, always that attitude ''you can't have me'', towards Umut...men! What was she thinking? It's not enough to put aye drops and pretend like crying, as a main actor, you need to show some character, I wonder which one of us has the same attitude in every moment of our life? She should learn that too much self confidence attitude makes you look bad, even if the script wanna make us believe that she is a kind character. Akin was there, trying to bring depth to the story...and Barbie was acting like she is always on the stage.

For the first time in my life I am watching a Turkish series that keep me in suspense for so long. I love the protagonists. They are so suitable together, they are both extremely beautiful and talented. They have an extraordinary chemistry and it makes you curious to see what will happen in the next episodes with their love story. Surely Akin Akinozu and Bensu Soral are the most suitable couple in the world of Turkish series, congratulations to whoever made this choice. The potential is very high and their scenes have everything. I like this series so much that I wish there were episodes every day of it and I'm sure I would never get bored of watching it anyway.

I haven't watched any other series by Akin or Bensu until now, but I'm very happy that I discovered them through this wonderful project. The two of them brought the characters Umut and Ceren to life perfectly. They managed to convey specific feelings of a loving and passionate couple. I liked watching any scene in which they appeared because their harmony could be seen in every moment. Whether they were happy or crying, together they made everything great. I don't want to give spoilers, but you all have to give this show a chance because you won't regret it later. Believe me, there are scenes that are rarely seen in turkish world, that's why Tuzak remains one of the most special and epic series.

Started off rather well. Plot was interesting, the family dynamic was intriguing, viewers would naturally feel hopeful but please don't.

It goes south soon enough. Akin is annoyingly emotional and Bensu is too one dimensional for a role like this. She's pretty but a below average actor. Every tear is gliserine induced and you can tell everytime.

Akin is always over the top which makes him a bother to watch. Lacklustre performance by the supporting casts. Plot became intellectually offensive when heinous crimes go unpunished. The show made a mockery of law enforcement.

Is there a saving grace? That's an absolute NO.

From episode 1 to the end, Tuzak provided excitement, family spirit and a dose of romance. Akin and Bensu harmonize so wonderfully together. It was also crucial that the choice of music fitted the individual important scenes perfectly, it was never thoughtless. Akin and Bensu played engaging and captivating scenes, and the love between Ceren and Umut was portrayed completely convincingly. One of my favorite Turkish series, which unfortunately went under in its own country and channel.

Everyone should check out tuzak, it has definitely captivated the international fan community. 10/10.

We have the best quality in this dizi. Wonderful and really amazing cast, Akin Akinözü is doing the role of his life, Bensu and Akn have a really but really great chemistry. We have big names on the dizi, we have an amazing plot, perfectly written lines and dialogs, a masterpiece in terms of cinematography. The story is a different one which every episode makes you want to know more. Locations are amazing, music is just perfect. What more you need know to see it? Definitely the best one in the season. Everyone is praising it. From press to actors are praising every episode. We have everything. We have QUALITY.

A very good, interesting and qualitative series. The actors are amazing and the chemistry between the main couple is beautiful. I always watch the episodes with great interest, they are very unpredictable, which I like a lot. Tuzak has everything, the story is emotional, their father is an innocent man who deserved justice for what he suffered. Also the love between umut and ceren is so special, it grew gradually and now it's clear that they can't live without each other. The series is about love, the fight against evil,family. A truly brilliant series from all points of view: actors, story, cinematography. Definitely recommend it to everyone .

I simply love this series. It gets better and better, and this rarely happens in a show. Each episode has something new, lots of action, intrigue, suspense. I like that Tuzak is something different from what I've watched before, it's a modern series first and foremost. Women have their own thoughts and stand up for their point of view in situations, even against men. That's it's an aspect I adore. I would give 11 points for the protagonist couple which I think is absolutely brilliant. They fit so well. They expresses the love and passion of the characters excellently. Bensu Soral and Akin Akinözü are a pair that I will remember even in a few years.

This was the first turkish series I watched after many years and I had the pleasant surprise of meeting two wonderful actors who play the characters masterfully: Akin and Bensu. I was attracted by the story of this show and the fact that something happens in every second of an episode. But above all the general idea: justice and the fight against the bad guys, the criminals who think they will get away with their murderous deeds. Another beautiful thing is about the main couple that fascinates me, they have so much chemistry and look brilliant together. Umut and Ceren have a relationship that anyone would be jealous of, built gradually but full of love and trust. You can never get bored with them because their scenes are too cute. I definitely recommend Tuzak to everyone, I hope that by the end Umut will get justice to his father and he will be able to be happy with the woman he loves.

This series does not disappoint! Each episode s better than the last! Characters have amazing chemistry and leave you wanting more each week.

Akin and Bensu are a wonderful match, as well as each leading character. The storyline is intriguing and it will definitely keep you guessing at what's to come. The writing is suburb and it is noticeably building a strong core with the main characters. I am happy they are not rushing it! I am also grateful to have found this series with English subtitles.

Watch this series, you will not regret it!

I loved this show... Amazing actors and the whole casting and production is fantastic. I enjoed watching the show one of the best turkish series!

Akin and bensu are playing so nice in their roles They are so suitable together as a couple.... This series is one of the best turkish series i watched ever i maybe watch it again if i dont find something else to catch my attention... The cast everything the plot is so nice and you always have the curiosity to watch what will happen next. They have imagination for sure. Its about revenge and justice and love. You should watch it.

Two episodes in and one cannot but wander about the quality of this dizi. The story is gripping and poignant. Amazing acting of Akin Akinözü, Bensu Soral, Riza, Talal, all of them. The directing and cinematography is sublime. Powerful soundtrack. Avukat Umut is on a quest together with his siblings and other victims to bring justice for his family and many other destroyed families by a ruthless and criminal businessman. Justice can only be obtained by twisting legality because everybody is too afraid or comfortable looking the other way so he has become a dirty lawyer to earn the trust of this enemy family. At the same time, he has to fight his growing feelings for the daughter of his sworn enemy.

I haven't watched a Turkish series for several years because nothing caught my attention, but I came across Tuzak by chance and since I started it I couldn't stop watching it. Everything that happens in it is simply amazing. The story is so emotional and interesting. Every episode kept me in suspense. I was impressed by Umut's character, he is a kind and gentle man. Despite everything he experienced, having a difficult and traumatic childhood, he remained a loving man and willing to bring justice and defend his dears ones. Ceren is perfect for him, I think they are made for each other. She is such a determined, self-confident, hard-working woman, a type never find in the rest of the Turkish series. And she found the love and protection she had been looking for all her life in Umut. Starting this dizi was the best choice, it's brilliant.👏

One of the best dizi ive ever seen. The whole story concept seems very logical and original. You can feel the charachter of each role. Their facial expressions, their body language and all. Each actors has been very succesfull to deliver their character. Esp for the main role (Umut and Ceren).

Their chemistry is out of this world. The way they make conversations very natural (when they fight, when they kiss or sad moments) Bravo Akin and Bensu for the strong chemistry. And also the director and music director, it's one of hella music! 👍🏻 All in all i highly recommend this sreies for you to watch!

Tuzak aka (Trap) is so much for Turkish series!

I'm watching Turkish series and Tuzak shocked me because it wasn't cliché mostly Turkish series are some expectable events but Tuzak far from this it's a revenge plot but the way they are telling the story is far from cliché and so trapped

the chemistry between main leads is wild and the directing way is chef kiss from me.

Joke full and drama full although full of traps Tuzak is a simple thing for those whose not watching Turkish drama shows but I'm sure if they watch they won't get bored, but for those whose watching Turkish drama shows gives a big joy and pleasure.

Tuzak won me over from the first episode. The impressive story about the justice that three brothers try to bring to their father is quite amazing. I like very much that it is not a predictable series, ceren is a strong, brave and confident girl, thing that I was not used to in Turkish series. In addition to this, she is also a good person who wants to be against evil just like umut. I want to say congratulations to everyone on this beautiful production, the writers who always offer unpredictable events, the actors who play flawlessly. Akin and Bensu make a great pair and are very suitable partners, they have insane chemistry. This is definitely a series worth watching,with a lot of potential! ❤

I said I was taking a break from Turkish series because lately nothing seemed so interesting to me, until I discovered Tuzak. This is simply brilliant, I will start talking about the action which is always unpredictable, the scenes are filmed so well. After that, the story that fascinated me, maybe you've heard of revenge, but it's not just that, after just a few episodes, this series proves that it's not like any other. The relationship between umut and ceren seems so beautiful to me and the way these characters are created is a real life lesson, she is a strong woman and he is a man who sacrifices his entire childhood and life for the sake of the justice he wants to bring to his father. The choice of the main couple Akin Akinozu and Bensu Soral seems so perfect to me, they match very well and have a crazy chemistry. Tuzak is a series that deserves to be seen by everyone.
