Tsutomu Miyazaki, aka "The Rat-Man," was one of the worst killers in Japanese history. This TV show dramatizes his crime spree of the spring and summer of 89'. He scared everyone in Tokyo and nobody felt safe. He took many photos of his girl victims in many stages of dismemberment.
Milwaukee got their Jeffrey Dahmer, Tokyo got their "Rat-Man." This is a pretty bloody and eerie show, it does not hold back from the violence. You might even say it kinda goes a little too far with the violence.
