Connie Nielsen was the first choice for the role of Dr. Tora Hamilton, but had to give up because of the beginning of filming of some episodes of the sixth season of the TV series "The Good Wife".
Rupert Graves, who plays Duncan Guthrie, also plays the iconic role of DI Lestrade on the BBC series, Sherlock (2010).
