A great watch for all the cricket fans. It's about Indian historical moment in cricket when Indian defeated australia in their home ground of Gabba, where they hadn't lost a Test match for 32 years. The web show focuses on how the team played exceptional quality cricket.
If anyone ask me regarding my favorite Series of India across all formats (till 2022 end) then I will say AUSTRALIA Tour of INDIA in 2013 in terms of ODIs. But as we all know Test-Cricket have some real essence to all the Cricket fans all around the globe, who really Loves to see the game in it's true context. And no doubt INDIA tour of AUSTRALIA 2020-21 will be my absolute Favorite Test Series for Sure. This series is memorable one for me because that period was of COVID-19 and we had lots of bitter memories with it. Everyone Loved the fightback of INDIA after getting allout of 36 runs which was bizzare fore sure. I remember that day;I had my final day exam there for 3hr shift,I went to the Exam hall during 9:30 to 10 AM I guess. Exam ended at 1:00 PM. I opened my SCooty Basket and Switched to CRICBUZZ to see India's Score and I saw 36-9...I couldn't beleive the scoreline. I was blanked and I was just thinking are they declared the innings or what just happened! Then suddenly I realized India got bowled out for 36.. Then 2nd Game came and RAhane scored the Century . That was the best ever innings I have watched of him, bucause he was performing below average for a long time. That day I messeaged one of my close friend and told him "Today I have witnessed the best ever Ajinkya Rahane innings in his entire career..So in that Test India got victory and levelled the series to 1-1 for all. Then came the 3rd Test on SCG. OMG... Everyones FAV is GABBA TEST. BUT mark my Words THE 3rd Sydney test was my personal fav one in this entire epic tale... From a position where India could have lose the game 44 overs to play with 5wkts in hand . Ashwin was injured and Vihari was totally in the position of being Retired Hurt. Jadeja was the final recognized batter who already have broken his finger and doubtful about taking part in the Survival.. Constantly Aussie Sledging..Top notch Bouncers and Short Balls to the bodies with 145-150kmph speed. In this totally unfavorable situation what ASHWIN & VIHARI did that day was truly remakable. Despite of the DRAW result, this match was all about SURVIVAL and I Just LOVED ASHWIN Anna for it...
And here comes the final HISTORIC GABBA TEST... I mean it's a memory.. I mean I can't describe it in my words but will share my personal memory about it.. Ohh DEAR what we had got. All the Frontline Players got INJURED and net bowlers came as debutant and gave performances of the lifetime.. I mean we can't express it in our words. We can just Feel it. I still remember that day ; We went to SIKKIM for a Tour during this GABBA Test. I was there at the BANJHAKRI Lake during Shardul & Washi Combo came into bat and made that EPIC 8th Wkt PARTNERSHIP. I was also Enjoying Siraj's fearless batting for the last wkt... hahaha sounds funny isn't it? Yeah insted of focusing on enjoying the beauty of Banjhakri lake I was enjoying Indian lower order batting.. Then in the 4th day of test we went to NORTH SIKKIM (LACHHUNG) where I haven't got JIO network to see the match but got updates about scores through various locals. Here comes the 5th Day;at the morning time with temperature around -5 degree centigrade went to Zero point and due to heavy snowfall returned back to Lacchung and planned to visit a Hotel for the breakfast and to watch the game live. And you willn't believe I watched batting of GILL & PUJARA for 45min in an ancient Chinese origin refugee's courtyard. SO it's a Sweet memory for me. Then after sometime we went for consuming a Tee,then I checked Rahane is batting aggresively, hitted LYON for a 6,and suddenly that edge came and got OUT for over 100+ Strike rate. Then we had to go back to GANGTOK that day; so yeah with our ROYAL ENFIELD HIMALAYAN (of course the rented one). Me and my Big Brother NIKKI Bhai went for the long ride of about 120kms I guess and I constantly checking the scores as well. It was raining throughout our BIKE JOURNEY,but we were Singing,Dancing and Enjoying our Ride and reached to a middle town for Twa break. And spend there sometime in a small shop where we watched WASHI & PANT was batting 50 odds runs were required of same numbers of deliveries. We watched that fineleg 6 of Washi and again started our journey towards Gangtok. A bridge came where lots of Tibetian flags (Buddhist flags) were flowing where we checked the score with broken networks and it was me who have witnessed the Greatest Victory for the first time in our group... OMG Can't describe how lucky I was... Those were the days ; A memory for a Lifetime..
This Documentary is damn perfect and did justice to the entire series. It could have been better if some more cricketers were added to tell their narratives, who have witnessed this series.. Overall 9 Out of 10 from my side... Go for it... Just GO FOR IT...

On this journey, every single Indian experienced a spectrum of emotions. Bandon Mein Tha Dum captures the spirit of this journey to perfection. The manner in which the cricketer's hard work is shown is really thrilling. This documentary gave me goosebumps, despite the fact that I had not watched the game.
Everyone and anyone who follows cricket knows how the Indian test team performed and pulled the rug out of the Australians feet, after being one down and going on to win an unforgettable series.
There were a lot of things said before the test series started and the chatter increased after the first test. The hostility from the Australians was there for everyone to see.
The beauty of the docu-series is that it doesn't focus on that at all. It brings out the passion and the grit and the determination in which Indian team played and came out as winners.
The maker of the documentary have to be credited for staying away from the temptation of jingoism and keeping it realistic and true to the character of how our team played.

Finally, A Indian cricket documentary is here.
In Football, we have watched the miraculous comeback of Barcelona against PSG in 2017, and it was called 'La Remontada', one of the amazing moments in Football that still gives us goosebumps.
The valor and grit the Indian cricket team showed in Australia in that tough tour, deserved a fine documentary. That story needed to be told again.
Thanks to the team of Neeraj Pandey for telling the story of grit and perseverance.
I guarantee you that you will once again get goosebumps while watching this heroic effort. It was a well-made documentary, thoroughly enjoyable, and compellingly interesting.
We all need such stories, in which against all odds, when no one believes that you can fight back, against everything in the world, you stand up and say I will achieve the impossible. That's what this is all about, a story of one of the greatest comebacks in Indian cricket.
