Trivia

Billi & Theodore

Edit
The fight scene outside the bowling alley/bar was spotted by people driving on the nearby highway and many were convinced it was a real brawl taking place. Three police vehicles showed up on the scene with the rest of the Martinsville police department on the way before the crew diffused the situation.
Hot Box Pizza donated three days worth of pizza in exchange for having their restaurant featured in the film.
Production took only three weeks in March 2011.
Filmed entirely on location in Indiana.
Director Ronald Short would always play a mix tape of songs that inspired the film to keep Jordan McRae and Travis Emery in the proper mindset.

Cameo

Nathan Minger: Assistant director, at the rest stop. He's eating chips on a bench behind Billi and Theodore as they plan to steal back their car.
Derek Weaver: The Sound Technician, in the shrooms montage.
