Well, If I've learned anything from watching dozens of Turkish series, the most common lesson is "Lies Mess EVERYTHING up!" This show can also attest to that. However, in spite of those lies, couples often are drawn to each other. And once again, same here. Love conquers all.
Coaxed into lying about his relationship with Zeynep and career, the otherwise honest and decent Civanmert is trapped in a web. The theme is reminiscent of many other dizis, but nonetheless is fun to watch.
Handsome Ekin Mert Daymaz's roles all seem to be interchangeable. In everything I have seen him in, he plays a kindhearted well intending person who gets trapped in a problem-but deserves better.
Sevda Erginci is lovely in the role of Zeynep. Her eyes are mesmerizing. I like the balance of strong and sweet.
Civanmert's mom, Turkan (Mehtap Bayri) is joyful and spirited. She would be a great friend to know!
His sister, Reyhan (Elcin Afacan) still holds a place in my heart from her role in Sen Cal Kapimi, and doesn't fail to entertain in this show either.
Overall, this is a solid dizi, clad in all required garments, including gorgeous protagonists, funny silly moments for giggles, spiteful villains, "what will happen next" moments and building passion.
EDIT: I just watched the last show. I was so sad to see this ending prematurely. Short series, but truly sweet.
