No one does ambiguity better than Law & Order: Svu.
Sadly, it hasn’t gone there for a while. Most cases have an obvious answer, whether or not the accused rapist is convicted.
Law & Order: Svu Season 26 Episode 15 was more like the cases of years gone by, offering a story where everyone was wrong but it wasn’t clear what justice would look like. Let’s discuss!
(Peter Kramer/NBC) Law & Order: Svu Season 26 Episode 15 Demonstrated That A One-Size-Fits-All Approach To The Law Doesn’t Work
This case was one of the few times that left me unsure what was right or fair by the time the credits rolled.

That’s not what I would have done with Meemaw, but it worked.
Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, Season 1 Episode 14, brought back three characters from Young Sheldon for a story about Meemaw’s return to the world of illegal gambling.
It was vintage Meemaw. I hated the story, yet found it hilarious, all while rooting for Meemaw and Dale to get back together.
(Robert Voes/CBS) Yay! Dale Was Back… And He Was More Right Than He Knew
Maybe it’s leftover from enjoying Craig T. Nelson on Parenthood, but for some reason I always get happy when Dale is back.
He’s not the kind of guy I’d ever hang out with in real life, but I enjoy poor, bemused, often clueless Dale.

Well, that was something else.
9-1-1 Season 8 Episode 10 was a thriller, almost akin to a movie, with a thrilling and frantic pace and one hell of a climax.
When 9-1-1 commits to something, they really commit. And they wanted to raise the stakes impossibly high, and you can’t say they failed.
(Disney/Christopher Willard)
With 9-1-1 Season 8 Episode 9 ending on a cliffhanger, there was little pretense about discovering that Maddie was missing. However, it became clear early on that there would be a lot of miscommunication and a lack of information flowing between everyone.
Fresh off Eddie’s goodbye dinner, Buck and Chimney quickly realized Maddie was missing. But considering they weren’t aware of what Maddie had been through that day or anything else, they seemed more confused than anything.
They weren’t at all jumping to the conclusion that she’d been taken against...

Once upon a time, TV storytelling was a one-way street.
Writers wrote, networks aired, and fans watched. That’s it.
But social media came along and flipped the script, turning television into an interactive experience where fans have a real say in what happens on their favorite shows.
(Michaels/Sony/NBC)
Whether it’s saving a canceled series, influencing character arcs, or completely shifting the direction of a story, social media has made TV more of a collaboration than ever before.
But is that always a good thing? Let’s dig in.

It’s every mother’s worst nightmare. Getting diabetes is scary enough, but getting diagnosed in 1922 was terrifying.
At the end of When Calls the Heart Season 12 Episode 10, Faith delivered the devastating news that Little Jack had juvenile diabetes. As mentioned, insulin was used for the first time in 1922, so there was no cure back then.
Spoilers for When Calls the Heart Season 12 Episode 11 indicate that Elizabeth and Nathan care for Little Jack together, while Mei and Faith research if Little Jack qualifies for an insulin trial.

The entire town rallies around in support of Elizabeth and Little Jack, as the weekly promo and spoiler photos demonstrate.
Finally, the kids broadcast a baseball game over the radio, hoping to lift Jack’s spirits.

Since joining The Real Housewives of Orange County in 2007, Tamra Judge has been one of Bravo’s most polarizing faces.
She’s brought so much to the show, but people seem to think she’s the most toxic reality TV star.
Sure, Tamra has brought a lot of off-screen drama to help the show maintain its status as one of the most popular entries in the venerable Real Housewives franchise.

In the past, Tamra hasn’t cared about being dragged over the coals because if it makes for good TV, she’s on board.

The Way Home closed its third season with a beautifully poignant finale, bringing Colton Landry back into the fold and shedding light on his knowledge of the pond.
But as revelatory as that was, it highlighted a lingering problem: Del Landry remains a mystery.
She’s the matriarch of the Landry family, the steady anchor in a storm of time travel and secrets, yet we know shockingly little about her beyond what others see. With each season peeling back layers of the Landry family’s past, why is Del’s perspective still being kept at arm’s length?

No matter how much The Way Home explores its characters, Del remains one of the most frustrating. She presents a warm, Southern charm, yet she often feels emotionally closed off.

The Way Home’s Del did not arrive in Port Haven in 1974 pregnant, the showrunners have confirmed.
If you didn’t know, viewers wondered whether young Del was pregnant after she got sick during her first date with Colton (Jordan Doww) on a boat, and again while riding in his truck. There’s so much great TV out there, and most isn’t derived from legacy franchises.
Prime Video didn’t seem to get the memo because it continues to bring these excellent properties back to screens without the thrill of their predecessor.
The latest effort, Cruel Intentions, based on the hit movie of the same name, premiered in November 2024 and was pretty much ignored.
(Prime Video/Screenshot)
The 2024 version of Cruel Intentions was a below-average teen drama at best, playing out more like Max’s canceled Gossip Girl reboot, which had some redeeming qualities at the very least.
The 1999 Cruel Intentions had a compelling plot and a cast that included Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ryan Phillipe, Reese Witherspoon, and Selma Blair.
(Courtesy of Amazon MGM Studios)
As the lame follow-up movies can attest, you can’t reinvent the wheel without the cast that made it such a success in the first place.

When Calls the Heart has a problem. It has a massive cast, and the storylines are not relatively divided among the characters.

As any fan of The White Lotus can tell you, nothing good happens when people get on a boat on this show. Yet they tried it again this week, as the hotel guests started to bounce off each other in dangerous ways.

This was a dark one.
Tracker as a series is far from light, but some cases take on a much more sinister tone than others and this one was about as sinister as it gets.
Colter was on the hunt for a missing mother, and the person who took her was decapitating victims, which meant time was truly of the essence.
(Sergei Bachlakov/CBS)
The missing person’s case of Alice Bear was odd from the start, considering the mother put her son to sleep and then just vanished in the middle of the night.
Did she run off? Was she taken? Or was it something else entirely?
All Tracker cases typically start one way and end up somewhere else, and this was no exception, as preliminary findings had Colter believing maybe Alice’s disappearance had something to do with a date gone wrong or even drug addiction.

Whereas S.W.A.T.‘s May 2024 “series finale” — which was written and filmed before the show got un-cancelled for a second time — tied things up in a neat enough bow, it sounds like the CBS procedural’s next swan song will really leave fans clamoring for more.

If you’ve been floating around the internet reading theories about this Hallmark series, you know people have made it much harder to understand than necessary.
The Way Home Season 3 Episode 10 (click the link for a scene-by-scene recap of the episode) brings Colton Landry back to the table, giving us plenty of answers to long-lingering questions.
His understanding of time travel was the key to much of what occurred in the series so far, and the concept of non-linear time travel is the lynchpin tying it all together.

We’ve heard that the cast and crew were in tears reading the finale for a while now, and now we know why. As crucial as Jacob’s disappearance was to the show, so was Colton’s death, and to understand this story, we needed to know what he knew.
And now we do.

Spoiler Alert: This post contains spoilers from “If You Could Read My Mind,” the Season 3 finale of Hallmark’s “The Way Home,” which streams on Hallmark+ and Peacock.
“The Way Home” kicked off its third season with the abandonment of a mysterious baby, and fans have waited all season to get more information about the enigmatic scene. By the end of the Season 3 finale, we know one key thing about the baby: who he was. It turned out that the cooing infant was Elliot (played by Evan Williams as an adult) as a baby. He was left by the pond by his time-traveling mother, who jumped into the frigid waters with someone who must be a male Landry, but whose face we never see.
Why they left Elliot by the pond and what connected Elliot’s mother to the as-of-yet unidentified Landry are questions to be explored in “The Way Home...

The Hunting Party has used some talented guest stars as their serial killers.
We’ve landed a massive one for The Hunting Party Season 1 Episode 6. The spoilers indicate that David Ramsey will portray Arlo Brandt, a hoarder turned serial killer.
This will be exciting since it will reunite Arrowverse actors David Ramsey and Patrick Sabongui, who worked on The Flash as John Diggle and Captain Singh, respectively.

John Diggle was mainly a hero, so seeing Ramsey portray a serial killer will be intriguing. We hope more of his fans will tune in for this one.
Additionally, since Hassani and Bex learned about Silo 12’s existence, they will likely poke Oliver for more information.

When was the last time we had a new hour of Power Book: III Raising Kanan?
It has felt like 47 years since we saw the events of Power Book III: Raising Kanan Season 3 Episode 10 play out, and I won’t lie to you. I needed a refresher course on everything that went down in the bloody finale, so this hour was a blessing in disguise.
Instead of picking up where things left off, the series took another route, taking us back in time to relive all the moments we missed leading up to the shocking finale.

I wasn’t sure what to make of the decision to jump three months back, considering we’d already lived through these events, right? And if they were showing us new things now, why were they not included to begin with?
Well, the answer to that was pretty damn easy when...

Bailey and Ben carried the midseason premiere on their backs.
After a long hiatus, literal seasons have changed during this time; Grey’s Anatomy Season 21 Episode 9 delivered an underwhelming hour that did little to move the plot forward in any meaningful way.
And those cliffhangers? Mostly, nothing burgers. Boo! Hiss! Yawn.

What’s going on with Teddy? It seems like she flipped her “bitch switch” some time again and never went back.
But hey, I welcome this recent surge in no-nonsense, lowkey mean, unapologetic middle-aged women who aren’t looking to appease.

This shouldn’t have to be said, but Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage should be about Georgie and Mandy.
The two interacted throughout the episode, yet Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage Season 1 Episode 13 wasn’t about them.
Instead, everything got thrown out of whack when Audrey tried to add a woman’s touch to the tire shop, causing a conflict between her and Jim. Georgie and Mandy were mostly along for the ride while the elder McAllisters fought.
(Troy Harvey / Warner Brothers Entertainment) Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage Season 1 Episode 13 Continues A Workplace Story Trend
In a way, it’s unsurprising that this episode was more about the tire shop than about Georgie and Mandy’s relationship.
