Radio Man

I decided to watch Radio Man because a mate of mine worked on the production, but I'll be honest it was tough to make it through. While there were a few comedy bits that gave me a good laugh, the rest of the film just didn't land.

The concept had heaps of potential, but the execution fell flat. The main characters didn't grab me. Maybe more screen time to the angry guy and the beautiful blonde lady at the game show could've been more entertaining.

It's a shame because the idea had legs, it just needed sharper writing and better pacing to pull it off. There's definitely some talent behind this, but as a whole, it didn't hit the mark for me.

4/10. Great idea, but the delivery let it down. Here's hoping the team nails it next time!

Radio man The Best Aussie film ive seen since The Castle.

It has a very funny and a refreshingly original storyline.

You really get to like the main 2 characters, Jack and Dillon, with their fun mix of jokes and banter they have between them, and really get emotionally involved with Jacks mission.

You see plenty of relaitable antics and laughs from the 4 lads and the way they joke around with each other.

This film also has some really great musuc through it.

Its great to watch a film shot in Western Australia and recognise some of the filming locations.

This film is definitely worth a watch, you'll be glad you did.

Filmed in beautiful Western Australia with local actors and film crew by writer and producer W. A. Brad Newland with all original music and sound tracks by local W. A bands, this movie is well worth seeing.

Produced on a tight budget this movie is a credit to all that have given much time, energy and a great deal of love and dedication over 3 years from its inception by Brad Newland writer/producer.

Thoroughly enjoyed this movie and couldnt stop laughing. Do yourself and your friends a favour and make sure you see this movie, you won't regret it!!!

If we let go of US comparisons this is a well done Aussie feel good. It's nice to have some good relateable Aussie energy in a film. I enjoyed as a 9/10 for its quality in Australian entertainment category.

I was impressed with storyline and the way it came together. This is a film that is good when you desire some light entertainment for the heart without having to give to much focus.

Whilst not perfect in all its quality of filming I feel the overall delivery of its story was exceptional well done. I hope to see more wonderful Aussie based films like this.

I recommend to anyone who is open to Australian films and a good pick me up movie.

I love Australian films especially with a weird, horror or Sci-Fi theme. They have a good sense of humour and naturalistic style.

Give this film a go. Enjoyable movie to watch : )

Saw it on SBS World Movies, (best channel on Free Tv in OZ IMO), and was pleasantly surprised at how good it is.

I am looking forward to more great films from this director. I'm over the Hollywood BS of Disney and its underlings (Marvel, etc) so anything with a unique approach to style, storytelling or focus is refreshing.

It is obvious this film is a creation of passion and I hope all involved get the credit they deserve. Music is well done and makes me want to check out what other Aussie gems from recent have been hiding in plain sight.
