I was drawn to this light hearted comedy because Mille, one of my favourite comic actresses was in it. Her portrayal of Rita in the series was so enjoyable I looked forward to seeing her again.

Cecilie (played by Dinesen)and Andreas are a professional middle class couple who have heartbreakingly tried multiple times to get pregnant and failed.

As a last resort they turn to a fertility clinic.

At the same time we have a new age woman in her thirties Liv(Petersen) and her boyfriend Malthe( Dalsgaard) also seeking help from the same fertility clinic.

Somehow the eggs ( conveniently post fertilisation) get swapped and each woman becomes pregnant carrying the other couple's baby.

Most of the movie takes place during the pregnancy and how they navigate through all the stipulations each expectant mother puts on the other. The development of the relationship between the two dads and the understanding and closeness between the two women and how they give each other strength during this difficult time, navigating the difficult relationships they each have with their own mothers is beautifully portrayed.

Cecilia's relationship with her niece is so sweet and so full of longing it brought tears to my eyes.

I hope Mille continues with her acting career for many years to come.
