Really bad

This woman has got to be the stupidest woman ever!! Especially since she is the sheriff. Who does she call when her daughter overdoses? Not an ambulance of course, and yes I know the "rules", but her daughter could have died. From the very beginning she should have put a bullet in the guys head.
