Ram Gopal verma recreated his own movie Rakta Charitra in the form of web series. The series was good in parts. Screenplay is good however the main cast disappoints. Obul reddy character doesn't stand against the one portrayed by Abhimanyu Singh in Rakta Charitra. Overall, if you are okay with violence and haven't watched Rakta Charitra you can certainly watch it.

It's just been downhill since "Company" for Ram Gopal Verma. This web series continues to prove it. His direction could be rated below average, the actors could be rated bad to below average. A mannequin has more shades of expressions than these actors. Besides a couple of known names the rest could have been picked off a street without a screen test. Casting said Isha Kopikar though she was barely seen through the 7 episodes, not that it would have made much of a difference. Even though each episode was around 25 minutes, efforts to unnecessarily prolong the series was evident. The content was just one dimensional so you don't connect with the characters and the story of zamindars and rebels have been told and retold better by other accomplished directors. This series you can safely avoid, you won't miss anything.
