A group of four men working at a moving company all suffer downfalls, adding to their rough pasts that continue to haunt them.
It seems as if none of them will ever accomplish anything in life, and when the moving company starts falling apart, it has a ripple effect and their relationships are the next to go.
In order to save the moving company, their relationships and their futures, they must learn how to move forward in life and face their challenges.
Made by the guy who originated the brilliant Trailer park Boys.
This film is nothing like TPBs. Firstly it's rather slow and very strange.
I don't know what to make of it. It threw me for a loop.
The movie is more like a deep character study/buddy movie. It was a surprise.
I liked it. You might too, but don't expect the TPBs.
The movie was about some generally unhappy workers at a furniture store and moving company. I only watched because of Charlie Murphy and he was given a horrible script. He did what he could, but it wasn't nearly enough. The only other faces I recognized were Will Sasso from MAD TV and Victor Garber from various other things. That's all they were: recognizable faces. This movie was a disaster.

- TriviaWhen the name of Dennis' rock band was decided (Sons of Rock), production searched the Internet to check if a band with that name already existed. Surprisingly, that search took them to Spanish rock/RnB/soul band Sons of Rock, founded and leaded by Alba Cespedes. They contacted Alba to ask permission to name the band in the movie Sons of Rock and offered to include one of her songs in the soundtrack. Listen closely to Dennis' radio in his workshop and you will hear the solo of Sons of Rock's song 'My Name is Lucille', from their self-titled album. The song is included in the movie credits.
