Review of Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour - "The Wings of Satan"
Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour 2011 - 30 mins. - Not Rated

D: Lee Martin

C: Mark Shkreli, Renay Rayes, Alana Kaniewski

High school student finds himself being blackmailed by his very own girlfriend with nude pictures as punishment for cheating on her with another student. Seeking to find a way to get even, he turns to black magic.

Lee Martin does it again. What makes Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour and this episode (The Wings of Satan) successful, is that he taps into this nostalgic feeling associated with the type of horror that fans grew up on. What gives it that extra something though, is that with each episode he taps into universal feelings that people can relate to and that's what causes these horrific situations to come about. What high school student hasn't felt rejected by someone that they had a thing for? What high school student hasn't felt embarrassed...

Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour Rides The Wings of Satan
If you're going to be in Michigan anytime soon and couldn't care less what the Tigers or Eminem are doing, you should certainly turn your attention to the twisted world of Lee Martin and his incredibly popular horror program "Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour".

This weekend the show will unveil its newest episode, a diabolical little venture called "The Wings of Satan," which will air throughout the month of July on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Featuring Mark Shkreli, Alana Kaniewski, Alice Gandee and Renay Rayes, this episode of the show takes us on a trip down memory lane, back to our high school days to reminisce about the adventures we had trying to get laid. Of course Martin's vision includes blackmail, revenge and an ancient cult. Not exactly "Saved by the Bell," but guaranteed to be more entertaining than watching a young Dustin Diamond run around making an ass of himself.

Interview with Didrik Davis of Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour
Didrik Davis Remember an actor by the name of Kane Hodder? He played Jason Voorhees for several of the Friday the 13th movies. Kane Hodder is this big, hulking kind of presence that started out with small roles in several horror films including Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings, Alligator II: The Mutation & Wishmaster. As the years went by and Hodder continued to work in the horror genre, he developed a large, not to mention - loyal, fan base within the horror community. Enter Didrik Davis, a former wrestler. Didrik Davis has that same kind of big, hulk like presence that made Kane Hodder a superstar in the horror entertainment world. In the past year, he has been making his mark in the indie horror world starring in several genre films. However, it might be his role in the TV series "Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour" that takes him to the next...

Sneak peek clip into "Witch's Candle" from "Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour"
Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour, which is filmed in Michigan, hits a parallel into the bad economy facing the residents of Michigan in an all new shocking episode entitled "Witch's Candle". After Jim’s departure, a series of grisly events take place within the shadowy halls of the sprawling shop. One of the more surprising is the Voodoo-esque spell cast by Norm (Rocco Guirlanda), a fellow shop worker who attempts to eliminate Bernadette by supernatural means before his pension is cancelled.

"Don't Look Under the Bed" in a sneak peek clip of Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour
Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour You may want to think twice about looking under your bed this May. Something much worse than dusty cobwebs may be waiting for an opportunity to meet you…or in this case, kill you. In “Don’t Look Under the Bed,” the popular horror TV series “Lee Martin’s The Midnight Hour” serves up a generous helping of evil as a schizophrenic—and in fact homicidal—child named Kathy meets her match when one of her victims invokes an unfettered demon for protection.

Don't Look Under the Bed is yet another solid entry in Lee Martin's The Midnight Hour. This episode plays up on the inherent fear of a monster lurking under the bed that I am sure many kids have had, including myself, but does so with a fresh twist. That's a consistent throughout the entire span of The Midnight Hour is that the...
