very touching story.

This movie is about the friendship and love 3 friends have for each other and what this love brings them to in their journey of life. The ingredients for the movie are a love triangle, a terminal disease and a deep love for music. But don't let it fool you, the film is not your normal drama-like romance.

As for the actors i find them very successful in portraying their characters. I loved Kim Jeong-OK's eccentricity and his ups and downs and how he tried to express it through his music. He was very successful in playing the cello prodigy. And i loved how Im Ji-Kyu kept challenging himself to be better at what he does. Seo Hyeon-Jin was OK too, but we could not get to know her character much as she was the suffer-inside type.

The only problem I see for the film is that it was like they wanted to show us a certain time duration only. The audience did not get to know how their deep friendship had evolved beforehand. The story was certainly very deep, but we were lacking the background information. I don't want to bring myself to admitting that the problem was poor character development, because I loved all of their performances. Also, I think it was the first movie directed by Kim Hye-sun, a very young actress, we must cut her some slack.

I recommend this one. It is very touching.
