    Total Surprise, totally weird, Yep

(edited for language) The reviews are all over the place, some hate it some love it, some say they watched it a bunch of times. Some will say the movie goes nowhere and sucks and then the next person will say it's the best movie they've seen in a really long time. So, either way, there's some difference of opinions.

Having watched it...now I know what all these comments mean, lol. What a total SURPRISE !!!!!

Don't wanna spoil anything but there's a lot going on in this movie, like way too much to follow in a way, my friend missed the point maybe, but he really liked the hybrid and I don't think he followed the story, but it polar plunges into the conspiracy world.

It's really cool looking and fun. Yeah it gets repetitive sometimes, in that the aliens walk right up to screen and stare into the screen A LOT but that was really trippy seeing the aliens just stare (no talking just eye staring), so while you don't hear anything, it's a different experience to sit back and watch an alien abduction happening right in front of your eyes like they look into your eyes.

    Rad movie, you'll see why.

Pretty good ufo/alien movie, no fluff!

Alien Report is a pretty good ufo/alien movie! Although not a major Hollywood production, it is well done. The special effects are very good for a low budget film. The story is interesting and engaging, and the acting is good, with mostly unknown actors. However, if you are not a ufo enthusiast you may struggle a bit with this film. There isnt much explaining done throughout the film so dont expect any new understandings shared here. It is more of a visual film experience with some freaky and somewhat creepy scenes. The aliens are well done and unforgettable, kind of creepy and charming at the same time. There is lots of nudity in this film in keeping with the majority of ufo encounters, where abductees often relate being or seeing naked people, some even claiming to having sex with aliens/hybrids.

Overall this a very good film that definetely captures the weirdness of the abductee phenomenon.

Really amazing looking characters, super iconic movie

There are some really iconic looking characters in this movie, I mean really weird and unusual. It's like the Ed Wood movies, love em or hate em, they had the absolute best looking characters, same with the Hammer Horror Films....really interesting looking characters you'll never forget.

The main character in Alien Report is the Alien Abductee who tells the whole story. My girlfriend said he looks like a grown up, 20 year old version of the kid from Terminator 2 who rides the motorcycle....yes, he does look like that kid a lot, once she said it, I couldn't stop thinking it.... and his performance was really great and totally not cliche like what you normally see in other alien movies. I watch a lot of UFO movies and the actors are always freaking out, and breathing heavy and trying to convince you that they are being traumatized. But the actor in this movie is way different, he seems lonely and sad, but also sincere and my girlfriend kept saying he just needs a good hug from someone, he seems so alone. He looks like a gutter punk with a weird mohawk style cut and his face is all beat up, and it was fun seeing him slowly fall apart throughout the story without being the typical UFO whiner. His approach to telling the story was like he was letting us in on his own secret that he didn't want to say too loud. I watch a lot of youtube influence-rs, and he for sure delivers this movie like a Youtuber sharing a story, which I thought was a unique way to tell an alien abduction story.

The half-alien girl is the show stopper. She shows up here and there throughout the movie, and every time one of her scenes came on the screen, I noticed all my friends stopped eating their popcorn and stopped talking...we all just stared at her, she looks super cool and freaky, and really beautiful, to be honest...and weirdly inhuman. However they pulled off her look, it totally works in a big way.

The Aliens aren't like anything I've seen in other movies, really...they are mostly the little gray aliens ...and I don't know how they did the effect on them because they just look real, they don't look like CGI or computer generated, they look like real living things. They don't look like weird octopuses like in Arrival or scary monsters like in Alien...they look almost beautiful but also sorta intimidating at the same time.

Throughout the movie, the Abductee is chasing after black cars ...he says he wants to see whats driving them so he'll smash out their windows with a brick. I waited the entire movie to see him do it. Once again...the great thing about this movie is that everything you hope you're going to see....you eventually do. The one big scene with the Men In Black is my absolute favorite scene....again, no spoilers, but my mouth dropped, I didn't think the filmmakers were going to deliver but they did...so creepy and cool.

This is not a big budget Hollywood movie even if the trailers look like it could be, so it's confusing at first because it plays like a a bunch of videos strung together that are obviously filmed on a hand-held camera or whatever...but combine that with some really impressive visual effects and it makes for a whole different kind of movie.

I really enjoyed the unique look of all the different characters and the whole vibe of the movie. There's a lot of nudity in this movie, almost non-stop, but you become almost blind to it, like in West World with the naked robot scenes. You can tell a lot of work went into this and with such a shortage of UFO movies or anything on the UFO topic, I'm really glad this movie showed up. It says on IMDB its part one of a trilogy but I can't find out anything about the other parts, which would have been helpful if they posted more details. To be honest, it was hard as hell finding this movie to begin with. For sure worth a watch if you want to see a different kind of alien movie that seems more home-grown and street-level.
