i give 8 out of ten because the second half of the film must have taken care. the editing department failed when it comes to the second half

Eeram (2009)is a differential approach to crime horror thriller genre. As a debut director, arivazhagan done a great job. At some point of film, we might feel some illogical things, but fantasies are common in this type of films.
Aadhi as the lead protagonist and nanda as villain and sindu menon all played their character well. I think sindhu menon explored her beauty and talents in very few movies and its one among. I also like the way of recollecting their love life in between the investigation.
All total it is a worth watch film.

1st of all i would like to say that when i entered the movie hall for the special show i wasn't sure if this movie gives u one hell of a ride but man the moment the movie started i was surprised!!!
There were several reasons for me to love this movie. Apart from direction and Acting the Cinematography and the breath taking back ground score was an added advantage !!! I In fact did call the director and told him that he had done a great job after seeing this movie!!
Now coming back to my point where i said i was 1st not sure if this would be a good movie was because in India and mainly south Indian movies i haven't seen such a great thriller movie and above all viewers don't like to see it!!But EERAM changed the view of the people!!!This movie is for everyone out there who is looking for a new genre of south Indian movie !!
Why I haven't rated the movie a 10/10 is because of the climax. It looked as if it was shot in a hurry and then again the plot was missing!!
But overall i say it was a great team work!!!! Hats off to u Mr.Arivalzhagan !!!

I really have to appreciate all the aspects of the movie "Eeram".
Right from direction, gripping screenplay, wonderful synchronizing music, touching feel,Cinematography,lighting,water effects, etc. This is "one of the kind" movies, where it is really difficult to find a single flaw. i was really happy to see a wonderful movie that didn't have any of the typical kollywood masala movie aspects, like meaningless songs, stupid fly & fight stunts, mokka comedy, and item songs.
Hats off to the entire Eeram crew, for making a really good movie.
