Before there was Lucy Lawless and Xena: Warrior Princess, there was Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, starring Kevin Sorbo. Sorbo hasn't been flying high post-Hercules, and can often be seen appearing as himself in the service of 90s nostalgia. Most recently, at the film premiere of Alongside Night, a low-budget B-movie, he was asked if he was excited about Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson's upcoming Hercules movie. Nope! "We were sort of taken aback that they wouldn't let me in that movie. Not even to do a cameo. I think it's kind of stupid, really," Sorbo told Dish Nation. "We approached the director [Brett Ratner].
