Before filming the scene where Glen, Nic and Jamie sit to talk about what has happened in the living room, Jack Gattanella showed the cast a few scenes from Cris et chuchotements (1972) to get them in the right frame of mind for the acting.
The script was written by Jack Gattanella in 2003 when he was stuck on a re-write of his first feature film screenplay, Green Eyes (2013) (this short being a prequel). Later in the same year this short was completed, he went back and completed two more drafts of the script.
A trailer was cut from footage off of the VHS tape copy of the short film, but was never released. The original master copy on Mini-DV has been lost. Only copies on VHS and DVD can be obtained.
All shot on a small JVC camcorder Jack Gattanella received as an early twentieth birthday present. All footage and sound was recorded with the camera; Gattanella later called it, "My 'Dogme 95' movie, without the polish."
