Revolutionary, Inspiring And Extraordinary Filmmaking

The first time I watched this film, I was truly mind-blown. Zimbabwe's first Sci-Fi film...also in Ndebele. The sound...the lighting...the cinematography...the acting...the writing...Brilliant I tell you.

This film is truly something I have not seen before, not just because of the amazing and awe-some movie its turned out to be, but also, what a hardworking team of people on the set that I was so honoured to have witnessed in the making of this masterpiece.

The gifted director and team leader, Daniel Lasker, has inspired many of us with his conscious creativity. Thank you for sharing it with us and we all so look forward to what comes next. What a change-maker you are.

Let's Go, The Signal!

Thoroughly Entertaining!!!

From start to finish The Signal is an action packed adventure!

With a visually striking setting, intriguing characters and storyline it keeps you engaged until the very end.

The Ndebele language sounds beautiful in the movie and compliments the "other worldly feel".

The cinematography is superb, and the Zimbabwean Actors do a brilliant job in communicating and carrying the weight of the stressful environment.

Seeing such a quality movie come out of Zimbabwe is truly a great treat and a refreshing experience!

This is the type of "out of the box" film that the African Film Industry needs more of...

Kudos to the production team and Director!

impressive

Impressive. This can be the fair definition of this ambitious project, crowned by a beautiful result. Old themes, explored in smart manner. Beautiful cinematography and well crafted story. Good performances and great location. Familiar motives, from invaders using unconventional tools for conquer earth to the new version of Dalilah. Seductive construction of tension and nice game with predictable elements. And the secret of survive , in convincing- precise manner reveled.

Not the last, the Ndebele dialogues.

In short, whow is the fair sound after its end. Because, indeed, it is just special and good example of wise crafted short sci Fi.
