In the scene where you get on the elevator in Vorkuta, if you look at Reznov's left hand he is missing his index finger. This is because he lost it in Call of Duty: World at War (2008).

Goofs
Nearly half of the weapons, such as the Steyr AUG, MP5, FAMAS, H&K G11, MAC-11, SPAS-12, CZ75, Galil, WA-2000, L69AW, Kiparis, and the PSG-1 are available in game long before they were actually made.

Alternate versions
Two censored German versions exist. The German PEGI version from Austria and Switzerland is modified to remove all Nazi elements of the game such as replacing Nazi symbols with Iron Crosses and removing Nazi references in dialogue. The multiplayer statistics were also removed from the game. The German USK version from Germany features all of the similar censorship, but goes further to remove all traces of gore as well as shortening some violent cutscenes. The uncensored version is completely banned in Germany.

One of the good ones.

This game offered a lot: a killer campaign storyline, a kick-ass four-man zombie mode to play with your friends, and some of the best competitive multiplayer in the genre. I played the living hell out of this game after it was released. I wish they still made 'em like this!
