Before listening to I Could Murder a Podcast (ICMAP) a year ago, I was a bed ridden day drinking alcoholic with no hope and no future, days turned into weeks. The very thought of making something of myself filled me with dread.

Now I have heard all episodes, I am still a bed ridden day drinking alcoholic with no hope and no future, but with a ICMAP hat and a broad knowledge of murderers...
