I absolutely loved the first three seasons of Elite. I enjoyed the special stories last year. These aren't that great. And it's incredibly disappointing to see gay guys reduced to drug using, partying stereotypes. Especially after the first season seemed so progressive.
I probably shouldn't do Spongebob jokes, but no pun intended anyway. Also this has nothing to do with the animated show. This is a spin off show to Elite ... and you have to have watched the first four seasons to get the character. Not sure what the release schedule was - but I can see some did watch it too early ... so without any knowledge of the character.
And their motivation(s) ... so I assume you have seen Seasons 1-4 of Elite before you read on. This new individual with a new start for the show ... well he is troubled. And it is not just his sexual orientation ... it is more the past that haunts him. But also the present that he can not deal with. Teenagers ... well the rich do have issues too. No matter who your father is or if you have siblings or not. And drugs do not discriminate ...and the main character or rather the actor portraying him is doing a phenomenal job! Really well played.
