Netflix is giving reality TV fans a new cast to fall in love with its newest series “W.A.G.s to Riches.”
While they are the wives, girlfriends, partners and ex-partners of notable men, they’ve built their own careers and personal brands — and they don’t mind letting it be known. Many of them have taken up work at Sharelle Rosado’s real estate firm, and others are musicians and social media sensations. The series will dig deep into their lives, showing what’s it’s like to date and/or being married to famous men while also balancing their own professional and person lives.
“W.A.G.s to Riches” premieres on Netflix on Wednesday, Jan. 22. Check out the cast below.

A new real estate reality series will be moving into Netflix right at the top of 2025. The streaming service announced on Dec. 4 that the latest Selling Sunset spinoff, titled Selling the City, makes its premiere on Friday, Jan. 3, 2025. If you have been waiting for more broker drama on your screens, Netflix will be delivering the goods right at the top of the new year.
Like the other two Selling Sunset spinoffs in the franchise, the defunct Selling Tampa and the not-yet-renewed Selling the Oc, the new edition takes place in a new locale in the United States. This time around, the Selling saga is heading up north on the East Coast to New York City, where the Douglas Elliman real estate agents compete over the city's various luxury listings.
Take a closer look at the new show's synopsis via Netflix's press release:

Netflix dropped the trailer for its new real estate show, Selling the City, ahead of its January 3 premiere, and a cast member is already threatening to sue the show.
The reality series is from the creators of Selling Sunset, but this time, it follows real estate agents in New York City.
“I am a top real estate broker at Douglas Elliman, and I just had one of the biggest years of my career,” Eleonora Srugo says in the preview. “Now, I’m starting my own team.”
The series’ cast also includes Jordyn Taylor, Gisselle Meneses Nunez, Jade Chan, Abigail Godfrey, Justin Tuinstra, Steven Gold, and Taylor Middleton.
Selling the City is the third spinoff based on Selling Sunset, after Selling Tampa, which was canceled after one season, and Selling the Oc, which aired Season 3 earlier this year.

Consider Selling Sunset and all its drama off the market! Following the popular real estate reality series' most recent eighth season in September 2024, a new season is already on the way. According to series star Amanza Smith, Netflix has renewed the reality series for season 9.
"And we're back," Smith wrote on Instagram. "Who's ready for Season 9?" The star captioned a video of her walking in a black leather dress with gloves and boots, what appears to be a white piano handbag, and a slicked back long ponytail while on set. Season 9 appears to be in production!
As previously mentioned, Selling Sunset season 8 premiered earlier this fall on Sept. 6 with 11 brand-new episodes that definitely brought the drama fans have come to crave. Between Alanna's claims that she owns Pioneertown and the rumors spread about Emma, it was quite the season.

Exclusive: Buying London, the UK’s answer to Selling Sunset, has failed to land the keys to a second season with Netflix.
A spokeswoman for the streamer confirmed the cancelation to Deadline but declined to comment further.
Much like its successful American sibling, Buying London followed a high-end estate agent in the capital run by property tycoon Daniel Daggers.
In each ep, Daggers’ agents competed to sell spectacular properties in and around the capital, with eps titled ‘Let the Property Games Begin’, ‘The Loudest Agent in the Room’ and ‘It Takes Two To Tango’. As with Selling Sunset, some agents built personal brands as property influencers on social media.
The show from Fremantle-backed UK producer Naked made a brief foray into the Netflix UK top-10 when it launched in May but failed to land in any great way. It amassed middling reviews, with The Guardian going further by calling it...

A Selling Sunset spinoff series is coming, but there will be a major change that will alter everything about the series. That is because the new spinoff series is leaving California. This isn’t the first spinoff to leave the Sunshine State, but it is the first one that leaves the idea of a paradise to live in.
Here is what you need to know about the new Selling Sunset series.
Where Is New Selling Sunset Spinoff Located?
The original Selling Sunset series follows a high-end real estate firm with offices in Los Angeles, West Hollywood, and Newport Beach. The series follows the agents, their families, and their professional lives as they sell properties in the state where it always feels like summer.

Netflix’s Selling franchise, which started with Selling Sunset, is heading to the Big Apple.
The streamer has ordered Selling The City, set in New York City. It is the latest expansion of the property franchise, which has already spawned Selling The Oc and Selling Tampa.
The show is one of a number of new orders at Netflix, which has also greenlit competition series Building The Band and Battle Camp. The shows were revealed by new reality boss Jeff Gaspin, who spoke to Deadline about its overall unscripted strategy.
Selling The City follows agents at real estate brokerage Douglas Elliman as they navigate the cutthroat world of luxury real estate in New York City.
It comes from Adam Divello and his Done and Done Productions, which is behind Selling Sunset and Selling The Oc as well as Selling Tampa. The Hills creator Divello exec produces alongside Skyler Wakil, Chris Cullen and Kris Lindquist.

When Selling Sunset first premiered on Netflix in 2019, nobody could have predicted what a phenomenon it would become. The reality show, which is now seven seasons in, centers on the lives of agents at the Oppenheim Group, a high-end real estate brokerage firm in Los Angeles. Not only has it proved to be a massive success, but it’s also created a whole new subgenre for Netflix: luxury real estate reality shows. In addition to Selling Sunset, there’s spin-offs Selling the O.C. and Selling Tampa, as well as shows of a similar flavor like Million Dollar Beach House and Buying Beverly Hills.

The Sony Pictures sequel “Bad Boys: Ride or Die” made headlines as it rolled through a succession of Florida locations in late February and early March, with reports of crews “spark(ing) buzz” filming on the A1A Highway in Fort Lauderdale, fans catching a glimpse of stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence in Brickell, and traffic tie-ups in Miami.
“If you look at the trailer, you’ll see anything that has to do with the beach is all us, with the stunt scene that they did on Ocean Drive in Fort Lauderdale,” boasts Sandy Lighterman, film commissioner for Broward County (Film Lauderdale) and president of Film Florida. “That was because we made it so easy for them.”
One of the reasons the presence of the latest “Bad Boys” movie was such big news is that while Florida has a wealth of TV production courtesy of Spanish language networks Telemundo and Univision,...

Selling Sunset is a Netflix original reality series that follows the real estate brokers of The Oppenheim Group, as they navigate their clients' demands and their personal lives. The show's first season began airing during the Covid-19 pandemic shutdown and continues to gather the interest of old and new viewers. In the short amount of time since its airing, there have already been 6 seasons of the show! Netflix also came up with two spin-offs, Selling Tampa and Selling the Oc, the former was canceled despite high ratings and sparked major cast and fan outrage. What could be the magic ingredient for Netflix's biggest reality hit of the franchise? There are a few reasons why Selling Sunset remains number one.

The Oppenheim Group was seen hosting an event in San Diego that didn’t appear to be for Selling Sunset, leaving fans wondering if they're planning to film in a new location. The Oppenheim Group is the real estate brokerage that Selling Sunset and Selling The Oc revolve around. An additional spin-off of the franchise called Selling Tampa featured a different real estate brokerage, Allure Realty, and only ran for one season. However, the California-based shows that feature the “O” Group are still going strong with consistent renewals and ratings. Jason and Brett Oppenheim continue to expand their brokerage, and the Netflix shows that feature their agents are only rising in popularity.

Perfect Match season 1 brought together Netflix's hottest stars for a chance at true love, but the upcoming second season could stand to learn a few things from its predecessor. With stars like Too Hot To Handle's Francesca Farago and The Circle's Joey Sasso on the first installment, Netflix didn't hold back in trying to give the show as much star power as they could. Singles from an assortment of different reality TV shows all traveled to a beach in Panama, where they lived together and coupled up to find their perfect match.
As the competition went on, it was clear that Perfect Match had a few issues in the game plan for the series. Though it was entertaining and enjoyable as a series, it wasn't as well-thought-out as it could have been and, for the most part, didn't offer a satisfying resolution. By the time Perfect Match season 1 was airing,...

Netflix might have hit the jackpot with its latest reality experiment, “Perfect Match.” The streamer took the casts of all of its reality hits — “Love Is Blind,” “The Ultimatum,” “Too Hot to Handle,” “The Mole,” “Selling Tampa,” “The Circle,” “Sexy Beasts” and “Twentysomethings” — and mixed them all together in an attractive combo of “Love Island,” “Bachelor in Paradise” and “Are You the One” that might actually improve on all three of those shows, depending on how the season plays out. It’s the best dating show the streamer has put out so far, though it relies on the stupidity of those shows to succeed. “Perfect Match” couldn’t exist without “Love Is Blind,” but you don’t actually have to have made it through “Love Is Blind” to love “Perfect Match.”

Love Is Blind's Bartise Bowden says that he will "absolutely not," audition for another reality TV show in the future. Bartise was not well-received by the Love Is Blind fanbase, although his active and apologetic presence on social media is slowly working to rebrand his image. After being highly criticized for his treatment of Nancy Rodriguez during their engagement on the show, Bartise has since admitted he was not mature enough to properly handle many of the situations he was put in during filming. Although Nancy and Bartise weren't able to make their relationship work, they are both expanding on their newfound fame.
Despite Bartise's shady behavior on Love Is Blind, many fans continue to support and engage with him over social media. But in response to a fan's question of whether he would audition for another reality show, Bartise posted to his Instagram story @bartiseb claiming "Absolutely not.

The "Selling Sunset" franchise is expanding to a new city with fresh faces, stunning real estate, and, of course, more drama in Netflix's "Selling the Oc." The extension of The Oppenheim Group's successful flagship series (going on its sixth season) premiered on Aug. 24 and sets roots in California's Orange County. Despite sharing a home state, the "Selling the Oc" cast - which includes Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle, Sean Palmieri, Tyler Stanaland, and Lauren Shortt - and "Selling Sunset" stars/brokers Jason and Brett Oppenheim tell Popsugar that their new show is nothing like its predecessor.

Christine Quinn's time at the Oppenheim Group is over, which naturally means her time on Selling Sunset is over.
Quinn has been one of the most polarizing faces on reality TV ever since debuting on the freshman season of the Netflix reality hit.

Now, TMZ reports that the star's exit is a done deal and that it was "a mutual decision" between the star, Netflix, and the show's production company.
Quinn's exit was heavily foreshadowed when she bailed on the reunion taping for Season 5 after claiming to have tested positive for Covid-19.

Starving for “Witcher” content after nearly two years of pent-up anticipation, audiences went hard for the Henry Cavill-fronted adult fantasy drama series during Season 2’s opening weekend on Netflix. The title soared up Nielsen’s Top 10 SVOD ratings charts from Dec. 13-19, hitting 2.2 billion viewing minutes in its first week on the streamer.
The fantasy series bug — long-thought dead after the final season of “Game of Thrones” — has come back in full force for “The Witcher,” which topped both the overall and original programming lists, as well as for “The Wheel of Time” on Amazon Prime. Although the show aired on Nov. 19, it wound up at No. 10 overall after being on its respective platform for a full month. Together, a third of the audience for “The Witcher” and “The Wheel of Time” comes from the 35-49 age demo. The Netflix show’s other viewers leaned younger (18-34), while the...

Upon making its Netflix debut on December 15, 2021, the popular reality spinoff series Selling Tampa has remained among the trendiest and most-watch new TV shows on the premier streamer. A huge reason for the smashing success of the Selling Sunset spinoff is the all-Black female cast of extremely glamorous and highly talented real-estate agents turning Florida's iconic bay-front property into a financial boon.

When it comes to reality TV on Netflix, Selling Sunset is prime real estate (pun intended). Season four dropped on Nov. 24, and a brand-new spinoff, Selling Tampa, followed on Dec. 15. Unlike Selling Sunset, which follows the drama behind the elite real estate brokerage firm The Oppenheim Group, Selling Tampa spotlights a Florida-based, women-led, Black-owned business, Allure Realty. The show adds much-needed representation to Netflix's real estate reality TV lineup. But Selling Tampa's creation compels us to take a hard look at Selling Sunset and the representation among its agents in an industry that lacks diversity.
In its first season, the cast of Selling Sunset was all white. Agents like Amanza Smith (a mixed-race Black woman) and Vanessa Villela (who is Mexican) joined The Oppenheim Group in seasons two and four, respectively, but most of the nine women dishing the drama on screen on Selling Sunset remain white. Looking at the numbers,...
