The action-thriller, helmed by “Uri: The Surgical Strike” director Aditya Dhar, is set for a Dec. 5 global theatrical release.

India’s Yash Raj Films has set a mid-November release date ahead of the Diwali holidays for “Tiger 3,” its anticipated spy-action film starring Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. Holiday complexities have caused the company to devise what it called a “strategic and unique release plan.”

Singh was launched onto the Indian cinema scene in 2010 by Yash Raj Film in the romantic comedy Band Baaja Baaraat, co-starring opposite Anushka Sharma in a breakthrough role.

He has since racked up 20 feature credits with highlights including a trio of hit films directed by iconic Indian director Sanjay Leela: the tragic romance Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, costume drama Bajirao Mastani, and the historical romance Padmaavat.

Mumbai, Dec 10 (Ians) Bollywood star Ranveer Singh completed a decade in films on Thursday, and he celebrated the moment by returning to his sacred chamber of dreams -- the cinema hall.

Ranveer walked into Bollywood in 2010 as a Delhi boy with his role of Bittoo Sharma in "Band Baaja Baaraat". He went on to win hearts of all and has been dubbed Bollywood 's ‘live wire', crafting a unique space with his choice of roles and unconventional style statements.

The actor took to Instagram to share a picture of himself posing with his arms wide open in the middle of an empty cinema hall. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the actor can be seen wearing a mask.

"To commemorate my 10 year milestone in the movies....it was only fitting that I return to the sacred chamber of dreams … it was marvellous," he captioned the post.

On the completion of 50 years of Yash Raj Films (Yrf), Chairman and filmmaker Aditya Chopra penned a note for his late father Yash Chopra , who had founded the production house.

"In 1970, my father Yash Chopra, left the security and comfort of his brother Mr. Br Chopra and formed his own company. Till then, he was a salaried employee of Br Films and didn't own anything of his own. He did not know how to run a business and did not even have the basic knowledge of what goes into making a company. Bollywood's livewire star Ranveer Singh has wrapped up the shooting for his next film titled "Jayeshbhai Jordaar."

Ranveer took to Instagram, where he shared a photograph of himself along with the film's director Divyang Thakkar and producer Maneesh Sharma.

In the midst of working on "83", actor Ranveer Singh has signed up another film. He will play a Gujarati in Yash Raj Films' (Yrf) "Jayeshbhai Jordaar", to be helmed by debutant writer-director Divyang Thakkar.

The actor calls it a "miracle script". The project, a humorous entertainer set in Gujarat, is being produced by Yrf's homegrown producer Maneesh Sharma, who also discovered Divyang, and it will go on floors this October.
