X-Men '97 (2024)

Trivia

X-Men '97

Edit
Kevin Feige had only two conditions for the show.
  • 1.) The original X-Men (1992) voice-cast had to return.
  • 2.) The rights for the theme tune of X-Men (1992) had to be obtained.
This show marks both the first Marvel Studios project with the Marvel Animation banner and Marvel Studios' first X-Men project.
Some of the characters' fight moves are recreated from X-Men: Children of the Atom (1994), X-Men vs. Street Fighter (1996), and the Marvel vs. Capcom video game series by Capcom.
Voices were recorded at same studio as X-Men (1992).
This show marks Cal Dodd and Lenore Zann's first time voicing Wolverine and Rogue in 24 years and George Buza, Alison Sealy-Smith and Adrian Hough's first time voicing Beast, Storm and Nightcrawler in 23 years, since Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes (2000) for Dodd and Zann and X-Men: Mutant Academy 2 (2001) for Buza, Sealy-Smith and Hough.
