As federal prohibition agents tasked with enforcing anti-drinking laws converge on the Catlow Speakeasy, Sallie schemes to con the Jewel Baron out of his loot, while the elusive "Commodore" hides in plain sight of U.S. Marshals.
It's the 1920s and the Catlow Theater is out of commission for violating the Prohibition Act. The only entertainment in town is a nearby speakeasy which Sallie promotes with the help of renowned fan dancer "Lady Lane". It is not until the Jewel Baron strikes the Jewelry Exchange (and other items go missing) that the corrupted Constable takes notice. As the US Marshal and undercover agent "Izzy" Einstein close in on the infamous jewel thief, Max and his bootlegging operations risk foiling the "cash exchange" while blowing everyone's cover.—Cale Mitchell
