    Amazing

I live n spain and almost any Spanish like Spanish cinema, I love almost all the Spanish movies I saw, they have very good directors, smart, funny etc. i went to the cinema and I refuse to watch movies that are not with the original voices, so at this time I only had this option. there was only 10 people in the cinema apart from me and my wife and I was not expecting anything about it as no one saw it. And we just love it, 3 different characters, different attitude and they match each other, it was very very good, after all this years I keep asking Spanish people if they watched the movie and no one, no one watch it, and the majority keep saying they don't watch Spanish movies "they suck, that what they say". I really don't understand why they say that, well maybe I know... the is no Stalone destroying anything, no explosion. Please watch the movie and enjoy it, if you like it also watch the movie "Le diner de Cons".

Bright, Spanish, funny, for Saturday night

Decided to watch a movie just after seeing three men standing in their shorts with jackets on the Affiche. After having read the overview, was expecting banal movie with no line, but was seduced by Spanish production. there should be something, it's Spain!

Saturday night, I was bored in the beginning as I expected but I was laughing out loud with half of the cinema hall over the guys singing 15 years old song of backstreet boys. Ah, it was fun.. The end reveals eternal question of love and right decision along with some nice points of us being sometimes unable to think on our own about our own lives. So, please. Nice colors, nice humor, somewhere stupid, somewhere harsh, but good. Positively good!

Spanish movies always have some raisin in it, so, if you want to have pleasant Saturday night and just have light emotions, do watch the movie.

Hilarious SlapStick RomCom for those sick of American Ideals

I dragged my brother to this Spanish flick thinking: "Oh, you speak Spanish. Here sit and watch this thing with me." He almost refused. First 5 minutes: We were cracking up. Maybe it was the venue (Seattle International Film Fest at some funky theater) or perhaps it was truly a great entertaining film. I'm going to say it was the latter.

I've had it up to here with typical US RomComs and loved the twists and how the plot rolled. If you're ready for some fun Spanish slapstick with ridiculous romance and like watching men cry after clothed encounters you'll really like this.

It's a bit long, but like any good story they are trying to hit every character. Not your typical ending-- all personalities stay in tact.

Conditions to Watch: With friends, if you once dated / married an emotional man, if you are tired of American stereotyped reality TV, in a playful mood.

Romantic and amusing Spanish comedy , utterly shot in gorgeous outdoors from Comillas , Cantabria

Nice and nutty comedy starred by Quim Gutiérrez and Imma Cuesta , new kings of Spanish comedy . This is another Spanish comedy romp , it is a bemusing story that contains lots of humor , entertainment , binge and involving three funny friends and their girlfriends . It deals with three likable cousins , as when Diego (Quim Gutiérrez) is left by his bride Yolanda (Nuria Gago) during the mass celebration , the trio (Adrian Lastra , Raul Arévalo , Quim Gutierrez) travels to a village called Comillas , Cantabria , where they spent summer vacations as kids and to find his old lover (Imma Cuesta).

Fun and uplifting Spanish romantic comedy with crazy events , entertainment and absurd situations . Being original and compellingly written by screen-writer and filmmaker Daniel Sanchez Arévalo . This agreeable film packs amusement , slapdash , comical situations , tongue-in-cheek , surrealist comedy including conventional pitfalls and many other things . Sitting in a strange middle ground between the completely absurd and the stylishly cool . This is a fast crazy movie about the close relationships among cousins and their sweethearts with a lot of fun situations , antics , bemusement and a bunch of very hilarious roles . This is a slightly funny film with entertaining events , giggles , emotion , profanities , twists and love stories . The film moves in fits and starts most of which would be desirable , with more traps the viewer resists any kind, and some moments of enjoyment and others quite a few ridiculous . Humor is sometimes cheesy and gross-out with numerous naughty and picaresque situations such as sex jokes , bad taste , and adult scenes . This is a special Spanish comedy from the 2000s with the usual ingredients such as wild humor topped with a little bit of original touches here and there and the tone of the film is light-hearted . It's an attractive , moving film , perfectly acted and concerning the narration about the relationships among fiancée , fiancés , brides and a particular relation between a whore , her alcoholic father and insane suitor . This is a typical Spanish comedy similarly to ¨La Gran Familia Española¨ , ¨Quién mató a Bambi?¨ and ¨3 Bodas de Más¨ including the customary flavorings such as silly jokes , embarrassing events and close relationships among people . It seems to be pleasantly fun that offers no intellectual stimulus whatsoever ; an exercise in pure amusement in which entertainment and fun are guaranteed . The characters are quite odd , grotesque and weird and the film races on at incredible speed . Higlights of this film include an impressive irruption of the trio in the village party called ¨Romeria¨ and all of them singing as well as dancing a fun song . On the surface , ¨Primos¨ or ¨Cousins¨ doesn't get much wrong , it looks okay , the comedy misunderstandings pile up in a reasonably amusing fashion and the performance is acceptable . My feelings are extremely mixed but I must admit there are things I haven't been able to stop laughing about ; however , it also contains bad taste , abound sexual remarks , profanity and spicy issues . A few of the scenes are amusing , they elicit chuckles but no very enjoyable laughters .

Sympathetic acting by Quim Gutiérrez as a young about get married when breaks up with his fiancée in the middle of his wedding celebration and in front of everyone . Quim is the recent king of Spanish romantic comedy with successes as ¨Una Hora Mas en Canarias¨, ¨La Gran Familia Española¨ , ¨? Quien Mato a Bambi¨ and ¨3 Bodas de Mas¨ also starred by Imma Cuesta . Support cast is pretty well , giving enticing performances such as Adrian Lastra , Nuria Gago , Clara Lago , Alicia Rubio and special mention for Antonio De La Torre as drunken daddy . Colorful cinematography by Juan Carlos Gomez , Daniel Sánchez Arevalo's usual cameraman . Atmospheric and charming musical score by Javier De La Rosa , a notorious composer who has composed successes such as ¨Isla Minima¨ , ¨Grupo 7¨ , ¨Siete Virgenes¨ , ¨Juan De Los Muertos¨ and ¨Carne De Neon¨ . The motion picture was well produced by Fernando Bovaira and nicely directed by Daniel Arévalo . Daniel Sánchez Arevalo tries to mix genres ranging from romantic comedy to slapstick in its ending segment with some offbeat touches . Daniel Sánchez Arévalo was born on 1970 in Madrid, Madrid . His fetish actor turns out to be Quim Gutiérrez . He is a good writer, and filmmaker , known for ¨Azuloscurocasinegro¨ (2006), ¨Gordos¨ (2009) and this ¨Primos¨ at his best . His last film results to be ¨La Gran Familia Española¨ or "Family United" (2013) , it is plenty of emotional and family feeling in which solidarity triumphs and humor despite the blackness . ¨Primos¨ is dedicated to his father : Jose Ramon Sánchez , a prestigious artist , drawer and painter . Rating : Above average . Well worth watching .

According with Daniel Sánchez Arévalo in the DVD audiocomentary, Raúl Arévalo asked him if he allowed him to direct a scene of the movie. Sánchez Arévalo agreed but it had to be an scene in which his character doesn't appear. The scene in which José Miguel and Dani talk about diseases and Toña calls José Miguel from the garden, is the scene.
