- Clutch Powers: Um, that would be me.
- [points to Brick]
- Clutch Powers: But Brick's the one who left the keys in the ignition!
- Brick Masterson: [points to Bernie] Yeah, but *I* didn't leave the operator's manual on the dashboard!
- Bernie von Beam: [points to Peg] I vonted to guard ze spaceship!
- Watch Commander: What kind of rescue team are you supposed to be? Thanks to your bickering and squabbling, the three most vicious criminals in the galaxy are on the loose!
- [Clutch facepalms]
- Watch Commander: Do you have any idea what a disaster this is? By now, they're already in hiding, plotting their next move and... stuff.
- Peg Mooring: Which is...?
- Watch Commander: To unite all the forces of evil in the entire known universe, duh!
- Peg Mooring: [sheepishly] Would this be the right time to say we're sorry?
- Clutch Powers: I found a clue about what happened to my father.
- Kjeld Playwell: Your father?
- Clutch Powers: My father vanished three years ago on a top-secret expedition. After all this time, we thought his creation spark had been extinguished...
- [opens a book; Peg gasps]
- Clutch Powers: ... but then I saw this symbol on one of the prison cells.
- Bernie von Beam: Vot does it mean?
- Kjeld Playwell: Omega. It's the name of one of the three prisoners who escaped.
- Clutch Powers: Kjeld, we gotta go after him!
- Kjeld Playwell: We don't know where he is, but we got a lock on the wizard who led the escape. And the situation is urgent. He's putting an entire planet in jeopardy. I'm sorry, Clutch. Omega will have to wait.
- Clutch Powers: Then let's get to work.
- [Kjeld presses a button on the control panel; the image of a wizard appears on screen; Bernie yelps and jumps out of his seat]
- Kjeld Playwell: Say hello to prisoner number one: Mallock the Malign, the evil wizard of Ashlar.
- Bernie von Beam: Hello.
- Clutch Powers: What's Ashlar?
- Kjeld Playwell: A mediaeval world forged from might and magic. Mallock once ruled Ashlar with an iron fist. The only thing that could defeat him was the golden sword of the rightful king, the great King Revet. He vanquished the dark wizard, but he paid the ultimate price. His creation spark was extinguished. Now Mallock has returned to Ashlar and reunited with his skeleton army to continue his quest for evil dominion. Our only hope is that the skill and courage of the great king have passed to his son, Prince Varen.
