Take a Peek Inside The Exorcism Diaries
One project that's been kicking around since 2009 is The Exorcism Diaries, and though it's taken several years to get cooking, we finally have a sales trailer for it just in time for the Cannes Film Market.

The project comes with the following log line: Out of every thousand exorcism cases, only five will defy medical science... this is one. How safe is your soul? Directed by Scott McCullough and written by Kenny Yakkel, the flick centers on a real recording of an exorcism that causes the Church to investigate the deaths of two priests. Based on a true story with real recordings of a genuine exorcism conducted in Siberia.

Watch the Sizzle Reel for The Exorcism Diaries
Some time back, we introduced you to an independent horror film called The Exorcism Diaries.  This is not to be confused for the Summit Entertainment film of the same name that is in the works.  Director Scott McCullough and writer Kenny Yakkel (Dead Air) partnered on the project and, after the jump, you can find a sizzle reel which will be making its premiere at the Cannes film market. Grayson Brooke produces.

A brief one-liner goes like this:  Out of every thousand exorcism cases, only five will defy medical science...this is one. How safe is your soul?

The King of Soul - The Story of Sam Cooke
Los Angeles, Calif. - Filmmaker, Scott McCullough (The Exorcism Diaries, Prince Unauthorized) is working on a script in association with U.S. based Producers, Silver Lining Pictures, according to the filmmaker and industry sources. "Born by the River-The Story of Sam Cooke" is the story of a man affectionately referred to as "The King of Soul" and one of the fore founders of soul music. Known for his unique voice, meaningful lyrics and wide influence of today's world of music. Cooke, authored songs such as "You Send Me", "A Change Is Gonna Come", "Chain Gang" and "Wonderful World" among his most influential hits. The former gospel artist turned pop-icon died after being shot in a Los Angeles motel in 1964.
