Försvunna människor

I'm one of those people who find it a bit difficult to get into a new series. I generally have to force myself to watch the second episode. However, not with this one. I wanted to know what would happen and how the terrible events would play out.

There was no way a couple of amateurs like these two would not be caught. What was more amazing was that it took so long. I guess the schedules needed six hour-long episodes though. I didn't mind at all. The good acting, back stories, settings and piling on of tension made for a compelling series.

Special mention for Ville Virtanen, whom I'd only seen in Finnish language programmes before. He brought all of his skills to play while portraying a man driven by events to commit the most terrible crimes.

This is a definite recommend.

Very good!! , I love Scandinavian series and if one of the main roles is by the fantastic actor Ville Virtanen I was not going to miss it. It has not disappointed me at all. The story is very different from those of crimes and murders and above all very tense, I could not stop it and I saw it almost all in one sitting.

All the actors are up to the task and the story is very well told and edited. At the same time it emphasizes a very important and significant theme.

The truth is that all the Scandinavian series that I have seen are of a high quality, very human and realistic with that peculiar and perhaps sad touch of the Scandinavian personality. Very down to earth too. By the way, nothing wrong with that.

Maybe some do not like that some scenes are somewhat slow, but I don't care since they give the series a lot of realism.

Don't miss this jewel if you like tension and strong emotions with a good psychological dose and a totally unexpected ending.
