The first few skits were funny until the 10 minute song that just wouldn't end. Everything after that was very mediocre. Luckily we didn't get an encore.
This episode was pretty good. The cast did a good job. Jonathan Majors was a good host, though his delivery was a bit stiff at times. There was nothing that really stuck out to me. It was funny, but it wasn't laugh out loud funny. Overall, it was just a good episode.
I love modern streaming technology.
I love that I can fast forward through a 10 (!) minute self-important pretentious musical performance in seconds.
Unfortunately , I didn't laugh much during the rest of it, either.
"You're watching Syfy...why?!" comment alone gets 3 stars, the rest was lame.

Apart for the Please Don't Destroy sketch, nothing really stuck out about this episode. I hope Jonathan Majors comes back for another episode because he's very talented. The writing just wasn't the best tonight.
I am looking forward to Simu Liu's episode.

I'd give it a zero if I could. I decided to give SNL another try after about ten years, and I unfortunately watched this episode. It's not funny at all, not even close. I remember when this show used to be funny, this is just garbage. Get new writers, or just end it already...

- TriviaThere are usually two musical performances per show, but Taylor Swift performs only once because her performance of "All Too Well" took up about 10 minutes of the show's runtime--roughly equaling to two separate songs.
