At one point in the movie Hallie, the mother, is standing in front of a canvas in her studio. Her baby monitor is on a table next to her. She hears the baby cry, picks up the baby monitor and takes it with her as she goes to check on the baby. Later she reenters the studio, and the baby monitor is still sitting on the table. In the very next shot, the table is in full view, and the baby monitor is no longer there.
In the first scene of the movie, a doctor is knocked out after being hit with a computer keyboard. A keyboard is too light to do such damage. He might have been a bit dazed, but it wouldn't have been enough to knock him out cold.
