Alimi Ballard in Numb3rs (2005)

Trivia

Shadow Markets

Numb3rs

Edit
In the beginning of the episode, when Amita is giving her presentation to the computing conference, the footage of the online battle behind her is taken from Season 4, Episode 7 where she plays the MMORPG Primacy.
The hacker pseudo-language "leet", which substitutes numerals and non-alphabetic characters for normal letters, features strongly in this episode. The series title, "Numb3rs", is leeted.
At around 1m 40s, the computer screen shows "CABAYONGITIM" on the monitor. Although the logo to its left appears to be a Chinese dragon, "CABAYONGITIM" is the Filipino for black (or dark) horse. "Itim" translates to "dark" or "black," "cabayo" is the Spanish-era spelling (modern-day spelling is "kabayo"), and "ng" provides the link between the adjective "itim" to the noun "cabayo." Another form would be "kabayo na itim" or "itim na kabayo."
Michael Harney and Pablo Schreiber appear together in this episode and co-star in Orange Is the New Black (2013).
