When Susan and Drake are in the basement with the candelabrum, and are about to follow Clayhill up the stairs, the candles switch from new to old between camera shots several times in the span of a few seconds.
When Susan goes and looks over the edge of the road, we keep seeing shots of the front of the car, and her and her husband are dead and the windshield is fine, but in other shots you can clearly see Susan has been thrown partially through the windshield.
In the scene where Drake is coughing up blood and they are talking about the father dying of T.B he has blood all round his mouth, then in the next scene it has gone, then in the following scene the blood is back.
When Sarah and Drake find the dying female cop, you can plainly and obviously see the prosthetic on the cop's neck, as she struggles.
