Cj Enm’s Korean IP remakes are headed for more territories across Asia and Latin America, with a new licensing partnership between regional arm Cj Enm Hk and Thailand-based True Cj.

Under this partnership, Korean drama remakes will be licensed to Latin America as well as several Asian markets, including Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

In addition to localizing popular Korean IPs into remakes, True Cj will also continue to develop original content, with Cj Enm Hk supporting the rollout of these titles across the region.

This partnership marks further overseas efforts for True Cj, which is a venture between Seoul-based Cj Enm and Thai pay TV company TrueVisions.

True Cj already has a pipeline of Thai-language remakes of Korean IP this year, including psychological thriller Mouse and apocalyptic suspense drama Happiness.

Happiness premiered on May 30 on Thai entertainment platform TrueID, while Mouse will be released in Q3 this year.

But what’s the point of having police-themed armor if the game doesn’t have any police-related missions? Arrowhead can use this perfect opportunity to introduce a brand new type of mission that allows players to hunt down traitors or fight crime, giving players a break from Illuminate, Automatons, and Terminids.

The Helldivers 2 YouTube channel put out a trailer showing off the new Force of Law Warbond, and it includes a brand-new Guard Dog equipped with lightning weaponry. The Ax/Arc-3 "Guard Dog" K-9 appears to be a floating autonomous Arc-12 Blitzer, a lightning shotgun with limited range and moderate damage, but a wide spread and the ability to slow oncoming enemies. Arc weapons have an unfortunate tendency to fry your teammates as well, and the Guard Dogs are notoriously unpredictable in where they aim.

Every week, The Akira Toriyama Archive spotlights rare artwork from the twilight years of the legendary Dragon Ball franchise. To close out May 2025, Dragon Ball's staffers rewound the clock to 2003 to feature a special, full-color Goku illustration created by Akira Toriyama.

On May 31, Dragon Ball's official site showcased the July 2003 edition of V-Jump -- the publication that now serializes Akira Toriyama and Toyotarou's Dragon Ball Super manga. Initially published on May 21, 2003, the issue was designed to commemorate the magazine's 10th Anniversary in addition to the release of the action fighting game, Dbz: Budokai, for PlayStation 2. As shown below, a beautifully shaded image of Goku's original Super Saiyan form adorns the front cover. According to the site description, the cover's announcement text also advertises an exclusive feature about Budokai, which kicked off what is now one of Dragon Ball's most successful video game series.

Here we go again. Helldivers 2 is drowning in negative Steam reviews, but this time the community has managed to find perhaps the most ridiculous reason yet to wage war against Arrowhead.

The latest review bombing campaign isn’t about corporate overreach or game-breaking nerfs. It’s about players throwing tantrums because reality didn’t match their expectations during the climactic battle for Super Earth.

Over 3,500 negative reviews flooded Steam in just two days, transforming recent ratings from positive to mixed faster than an Illuminate can vaporize a Helldiver.

When managed democracy meets unmanaged expectations

Helldivers 2‘s Heart of Democracy update brought the Illuminate invasion to Super Earth itself, forcing players to defend megacities in urban warfare scenarios. Two cities remained standing: Prosperity City and Equality-on-Sea, the latter corresponding roughly to China’s location.

Players rallied around Equality-on-Sea with immense particular fervor, with Chinese players being especially vocal about defending what they called ‘Shanghai.

Democracy prevails, as divers of Super Earth show who’s the boss after Helldivers push back the Illuminate. Helldiver 2 players have been battling against the Illuminate invasion for a long time, and all their efforts have proven that they are the most supreme in the galaxy.

It has been officially confirmed in the game that the Illuminate have retreated to the Super Earth battlespace, and formally marks divers’ victory. However, there has been a huge loss in doing so, and the damage has been immense. Still, that is expected out of wars, but for now, Super Earth stands to see a new day.

The fleet emerged out of the Meridian Singularity and has managed to reach Super Earth. That’s not all, the faction has managed to capture five out of seven megacities on Super Earth. Fans believe that the game needs to honor the Seaf forces properly, and the best way to do so is by adding this small detail to all players’ Super Destroyers.

With only two megacities under its belt, Super Earth could lose this battle against the Illuminate, but players are not holding back. The strength of the Illuminate fleet is less than 25%, making the battle quite intense because divers still have a chance to save the planet.

Two Major Orders were released simultaneously recently, but most players decided to focus on the Dss-focused Major Order because more players enjoy the Automaton missions. Since the Illuminate Major Order was neglected, the faction could take over multiple megacities on Super Earth.

The Dss is active once again, but the Illuminate is taking over Super-Earth at an alarming rate. The loss of all seven megacities would mean the end of Super Earth. It will be a close battle, as Helldivers have managed to weaken the Illuminate Fleet significantly.
