Don't read all the reviews with spoilers

Seriously, why do people write reviews just to spoil the whole movie?

I thought the movie was the standard done to death "Strangers On A Train" which I have actually seen and recommend. It is the original after all. This one has women for the central characters and a love triangle of sorts thrown in for good measure. Good eventually triumphs over evil and everyone does get what's coming to them, but who gets what and who gets who, you have watch to see. Unless of course you read all the various spoiler reviews. I thought it was worth watching because it was different and I'm sick to death of predictable movies.

    Sexy version of a classic

Being gay, I want more films and sadly most are heterosexual based that I just can't fully get into so when something like this comes out I get excited only to be often ket down. Not this time.

While the script isn't anything unique few are anymore and while not the best, the acting was better than many care to admit. It kept me interested and wondering who would end up with who while providing a lesbian setting we need more of.

Also I'm not sure where Brook came from so there are a few holes that I wished was addressed but if you can overlook a fee minor issues I'm sure you'll enjoy the film as I did.

Breaking the Girl is utterly breaking the plot into holes!

This is the first homosexual crime / thriller film that I've watched which I thought would gonna be unique in terms of thrill and action. Breaking the Girls is a film that I must say, a film that is made of utterly impossible story. Plot is predictable before you reaches the half hours of the film, and it's bad how the climax jumps with huge plot holes and missing factual and errors of each relations of the characters and the main story.

Breaking the Girl has failed to deliver a unique same-sex crime film trying to give a twist which has failed to give "wow" factor. Great acting though.

    Breaking this reviewer

In the mood for a film like "Wild Things" but lacking everything that made that aforementioned movie such a watchable (albeit guilty) pleasure? Well I have got a movie just up your ally. This film while marginally capably acted, never seems to be able to escape the mediocrity that it's mired in thanks to a clunky script, easily foreseen plot-twists and a general by-the-books mind-set that'll more llkely leave the viewer with a case of deja-vu as opposed to actually being entertained. The movie did have potential, but sadly I don't grade on potential but rather the finished product, which in this case simply doesn't pass muster.

    Girl problems

If you have girl problems I feel bad for you son ... Jay Z knew it ... I hope this does not age too badly (when are you reading this and do you understand what I am talking about?) ... well no pun intended either way, so here goes nothing ... well not nothing. Especially considering the sexual nature of the movie. Do not expect to see any nudity though - there are steamy scenes ... but nothing more. I am or was good with it - hope you are too.

The actresses make it worth it. The twists may be weird (especially in hindsight) and I am not sure if they totally work - logic wise. Anyway, you can have fun with this little romp .. let's call it that. This is not a break out ... or a break in as the title suggest... it may break a soul or two (am I talking characters or viewers? Well you'll be the judge - which you kind of have to - morally and otherwise speaking ... and again no pun intended)
