Amazing work done from a small team with low budget.
I really appreciated how they convey the story without even just one line of dialogue. The music and the sound effect smooth everything together.
Although the "heirloom" is something that Millennial will understand. The image of the game boy in a post apocalyptic world it immediately felt nostalgic and melancholic. The 8bit sound effect resonate with the harsh surround. And many people who actually hold one in their childhood would take similar decisions.
They did a very good job on the setting as well, considering that is been shot in just 3 days.
