I watched the movie and found it quite riveting. While I agree with some of the other reviewers that the acting could have been better, the movie held my attention from beginning to end. While not the greatest movie of all time, it definitely wasn't the worst. It is your typical crazy neighbor story about a young couple who move into a gorgeous house where weird things begin to happen. Turns out the weird neighbor next door is delusional and desperate. If you like these sorts of movies, this one is definitely for you to enjoy. As stated previously, the suspense is amazing but the acting is ok.
Tess and Mark move into a million-dollar home. Her sister, Willow, is a realtor, told them about it thinking that they could buy it, stay in it for a while and then flip it for a while. But what she didn't tell them is that a couple was murdered in their garage! Who did it? You'll have to watch to find out but it was quite predictable as to who the murderer was. Worth one watch.
The reason I watch Lifetime movies is because they know how to keep it simple stupid. Is it Oscar award acting and writing and directing? Of course not silly. Nevertheless, I prefer Lifetime movies to some theater Blockbusters.
Major motion pictures often have a habit of making the plot complex and making the viewer work hard to follow it, or in some cases, make it impossible for the viewer to follow it, such as Inception, which I think I rated lower than this Lifetime movie.
This one had most of the elements that I appreciate about Lifetime movies, namely, enough drama and suspense to keep you wondering, and a plot that is easy to follow. Thank you Lifetime.
ABOUT MY REVIEWS:
I do not include a synopsis of the film/show -- you can get that anywhere and that does not constitute a meaningful review -- but rather my thoughts and feelings on the film that hopefully will be informative to you in deciding whether to invest 90-180 minutes of your life on it.
My scale: 1-5 decreasing degrees of "terrible", with 5 being "mediocre" 6- OK. Generally held my interest OR had reasonable cast and/or cinematography, might watch it again 7 - Good. My default rating for a movie I liked enough to watch again, but didn't rise to the upper echelons 8- Very good. Would watch again and recommend to others 9- Outstanding. Would watch over and over; top 10% of my ratings 10 - A classic. (Less than 2% receive this rating). For Lifetime Movies for Chicks (LMFC), drop the above scale by 3 notches. A 6 is excellent and 7 almost unattainable.

A couple came to new house which has 2 people murdered already.
They suspect a neighbour guy and starts to investigate about him.. There is very normal story and no twist and no suspense... One time watchable movie..!!

- GoofsIn every news article shown, the murdered couple's names were Sylvia and Andrew Clark, except for one of the articles in the folder that Willow was skimming through, which had the woman's name as Helen.
