    No.

Derek savage tries to justify his abuse of the copyright system by acting like a lunatic. It just comes of as him throwing a tantrum about people reviewing his work. He is obviously delusional and this video shows that.

    • Trivia
The video was released by Derek Savage after various YouTubers reviewed his movie Cool Cat Saves the Kids (2015). Most of them were not very positive, which caused Savage to put copyright claims against the YouTubers with the reason of "copyright infringement". In this video he wanted to explain the difference between the two but was mostly trying to sell his movie. He showed some copyright infringement cases in which Fair use was used as an explanation while not winning the case. There was no explanation which could be used to avoid such cases. Later Adum Johnston released his video "Cool Cat Learns Fair Use", in which he tried to correct the misinformation spread by Savage. Later Savage deleted the video.
    • Goofs
On numerous occasions in the video Derek Savage claimed that you can't make money in fair use. This is not true, as Fair Use is based on the content (criticism, reporting etc.) and not on the financial results.
    • Quotes

Derek Savage: Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.

    • Crazy credits
In the closing credits Derek Savage announced Part 2 of the video tomorrow, which was never released. Afterwards he advises his viewers to get busy and spread hate towards the haters, followed by him asking the viewers to by his DVD and his Cool Cat shirts.
