Interesting psychological thriller

I really wanted to find out who the murderer would be. This is not a spoiler, by the way, as we are immediately shown that an atrocity breaks out at the shopping centre that features in the series. However, at times the action was somewhat flat. I was never bored and watched it all within a period of twenty four hours but I really wonder if this couldn't have been done in the same number of episodes which mixed the possible perps' stories up a bit rather than having each episode devoted to one person and their circle. After all, these events were happening simultaneously.

I didn't guess who the person was, but from the way they were portrayed sympathetically, I hoped it wouldn't be two of the possibilities. Was I right? That remains to be seen and I'm giving no endings away.

A theme running through the episodes was toxic masculinity but some of the female characters were giving as good as they got.

Apparently there is a second season with different characters. I'm not sure what the theme is but the title is similar so I'd expect the same sort of psychological thriller. On the strength of the first season, I'd seek the second one out.

Wow, wow and wow

When the Europeans do a psychological drama well they really nail it.

So much to eat up in this drama. All the different storylines, which then come together in a sad yet satisfying conclusion.

Take note you American drama writers, this is how you do drama.

Raw emotions and actions that makes you cringe, but also walk in their shoes. You soon realise that we all live in FU world where someone somewhere can go off the deep end and we all have no idea what drove them to do it.

As an English speaker I am sure there were many other sub-plots that wasn't picked up in the one inch translation, but damm that was one fine show.
