Selected for the Short Films-Professional competition at the "10th Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival," held in Korea on May 24 and May 25, 2006.
Directions, Inc. made their first DVD release with two simultaneous releases of "Pale Cocoon" and "Beyond the Train Tracks" in Japan on January 18, 2006. The DVD's soundtrack includes original, unpublished compositions by Tohru Okada of Moonriders fame.
At the "1st Sapporo International Short Film Festival and Market" (SAPPORO Short Fest '06) Yasuhiro Yoshiura won the Best Screenplay Award for "Pale Cocoon."
