Shines a light on life's struggles in a hopeful way

Mental health is part of our everyday lives. We're talking about it more openly than ever, and movies like this one really help break down the stigma.

It's amazing how this film shines a light on life's struggles in a hopeful way. I'm always fascinated by movies that are both beautifully written and educational, helping us understand what people go through in their toughest moments. We've all had times where life just piles on-like that final straw that breaks us.

One powerful line from the movie is: "We should leave everything behind. Where would we go? The problems will follow us anywhere. So I stay."

Facing those struggles is the first step toward healing.
