"This film was a labor of love born out of getting a little ‘cabin fever’ in Covid and reevaluating all of my life decisions," explains Rubinstien.

In the tradition of mockumentary horror movies including Ghostwatch, Wnuf Halloween Special and Late Night With the Devil comes Haunted Ulster Live, which takes viewers back to Halloween Night 1998, where a live broadcast from a haunted house goes hauntingly wrong.

Tom Holland's 1988 film "Child's Play" was initially meant to be a satire of the commercial madness that swept the world when Cabbage Patch Kids proliferated through the marketplace a few years before. The film calls back to slasher classics like Friday the 13th.

Inspired by local legends, We Might Hurt Each Other follows a group of privileged high school classmates. After these classmates destroy a set of life-size wooden statues during a wild graduation party, a mysterious masked killer begins picking the group off one by one.

Gory and glorious, We Might Hurt Each Other is a gritty throwback to the 80s and the heyday of slasher cinema. Calling back to Friday the 13th, the filmmakers take what was great about the era and give it a refreshing lift with the infusion of Eastern European folklore.

The bloody Lithuanian teen horror was directed by Jonas Trukanas and stars Gabija Bargailaite (Pilgrims).

Season 3 of the Chucky TV series (read our review Here) is now airing on both Syfy and USA Network (and episodes are available to watch on the Peacock streaming service the day after they air), and while this new batch of episodes plays out the folks at Arrow Video are taking pre-orders for their Chucky / Child’s Play franchise 4K and Blu-ray set, which contains all seven of the films (not counting the remake) and the documentary Living with Chucky!
