Originally, The Walten Files was going to be a FNAF Fangame titled "Welcome to Bon's Burgers" but Martin decided against that but didn't want to let the people who worked on it's talent go to waste, so he created The Walten Files as a VHS style Analog horror to showcase what he had planned, ending up becoming its own series after the first video's success.
All of the animations of the series so far are made by Martin on his phone, specifically on the app "Draw Cartoons 2".
