Élite historias breves: Carla Samuel

It veers from the darkness Elite has and that is borderline satisfying. Having to see two young people fall in love and try to spend a little time with such domesticity is somehow relieving than to see them moping over recurring deaths. This story does give a feeling that they're always gonna find each other. It's only a matter of time.

First of all, episodes were to damn short, it wasn't enough. I can see the point of this short story, however it doesn't make any sense to me. It was the most liked ship by fans of the show and instead of giving them a meaningful ending (which they tried but failed in my opinion) they gave us one of the biggest cliche of all time; "poor boy and rich girl". I think if episodes were longer, we could understand the dynamics better. Also something is different with Carla's face but i couldn't understand (anyway, she is a goddess lol) Also they didn't explain why Carla wanna leave so bad, maybe she'll be in the next season? We'll see.

No pun intended - but even more important: have you watched the show Elite yet? You have to have seen the show and at least the first three seasons. You do not need to watch this 3 episode mini series, but if you want to, you should have some of the backstory ... and also it would kind of reveal a few things (character, relationship and otherwise).

That out of the way and with me and you dear reader on the same page (you have at least watched the first three seasons), let's delve into this. The third season felt like it could have been an ending to the show ... in many ways. A lot of characters are now out of the picture (for different reasons) .. and one of them is the big main focus here! Carla and her relationship with Samu ... could she come back? For season 4 - and for more stories? Or will this tie a bow to her and their troubled relationship? Very well written and acted ... sometimes things are obvious ... even when we try everything to avoid the inevitable ...

They could easily would at least 3 more seasons of their love story with time jumps "before sunrise" trilogy style. These 2 actors have insane chemistry is unreal. The ending made me so emotional.

I love them and this was everything that the fans needed and more! With an open ending of maybe in the future when both of them are adults and have grown!
