Jahy is the second in command in the Dark Realm; here she is feared and respected. Then one day a magical girl destroys the mana crystal which maintains the Dark Realm... suddenly finds herself in the human world. Not only that she has reduced in size and is now a small girl. She determines to find enough of the mana crystal to re-establish the Dark Realm. It won't be easy though; first she must find somewhere to live and get a job, at a bar, to pay for that and other basic living expenses. Her live isn't easy so she is shocked to learn that former underling Druj is running a company, living in luxury and has found more mana crystals. Jahy will have to learn how to live in the human world and deal with certain magical threats.
I thought this was a really fun series. Jahy is a great protagonist; she may be an oppressor in the Dark Realm but once she is in the human world she is rather cute as she struggles to cope. The other characters are entertaining too; most obviously Druj and the two sisters who are Jahy's landlady and boss respectively. Most aspects of the series are suitable for all ages, so long as one is old enough to cope with subtitles, although some people may find some costumes a little too revealing; especially Jahy's adult appearance. The character designs and animation is pretty solid. Overall a fun series that had me looking forward to each new episode; I'd definitely recommend it.

It seems like a bit of a silly comedy at first but it's actually better than it seems in many ways. The plot is simple but interesting and there is a perverse pleasure to see the protagonist fail again and again. Eventually you get to cheer for her aware that she can't do succesed. There is a complete reversal of the paradigm between good and bad, and that's good.
Difficult to evaluate an anime for children when you are already an adult, however I will try to give my personal opinion.
I think the best age for this series is around 8, surely it will be underrated as the child perspective has little to none consideration on an internet vote.
Jahy is scaled down to a child, she was a daemon in the previous world which apparently give her almost 0 experience as an adult in the new world.
I liked because it is easy, relaxing. If you come home unhappy from your workday and you watch this, it can help you to draw out your stress.
-1 for the stereotypes.

The premise of the story is pretty similar to "The Devil is a Part Timer," but the main character, Jahy, fails to invoke any sort of empathy in myself as the audience, though she has moments of compassion she is pretty intolerable and isn't given steady growth as a character. By episode 11 I still didn't care about her, basically it's a show about someone having temper tantrums. If you miss having a four year old child maybe this is the right anime for you. I really wanted to like it but I only finished it because I kept expecting to be pleasantly surprised by it and I definitely wasn't, it's reasonable background noise.
