The entire (2009) line-up of the 80's hair metal band "Britny Fox" appears in the film, including founding member and bassist Billy Childs.
Original casting took place in October of 2008, yet production did not begin until March of 2009. This caused many of the actors to drop out of the production, due to their participation in other projects. With only days left before filming was to begin, producer Tom Lodewyck called upon several of his "Broom Street Theater" friends and cast-mates, whom all accepted roles in the film. These actors include: Scott Rawson, John Sable, Christina Beller and Greg Johnson.
Early on in the production, in order to cast extras for certain scenes, filming locations were made public, until a religious group threatened to interrupt production. Filming was then postponed until new shoot locations could be procured. From then on, all locations were kept secret.
